Owners live upstairs, always ready to help. Very convenient location: 2 minutes to bus stop, 5 minutes walking to MacDonald, Subway and Pizza. 10 km to airport, 20 minutes drive to Richmond where you can find all kinds of delicious restaurants, 30 minutes drive to downtown, Vancouver. Two small parks and one elementary school close by.

Perfect location for us

Home was typical of other homes in the area. Was close to our relatives who live two streets away. The owners were easy to communicate with and no issues arose. I will say that being in the 1st floor you can hear walking from the 2nd floor and it was usually late in the night. It didnt prevent us from our sleep but had to get used to it.

We have lived in the beautiful city for nearly 20 years. We are professionals, my husband is an engineer and I am a realtor. Beside our busy professional life, we spend our spare time hiking in the mountains, walking in the trails and taking care of our grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

Our house is located in a family oriented neighborhood, close to public transit, downtown and airport. Two community parks and one elementary school are steps away. The tree lined streets are full of different colors every season: cherry blossom in Spring, maple red in Fall, green all year round. Our garden level suite has 2 good sized bedrooms, one bathroom with a spacious living, dinning and full kitchen. Better still, it has a sperate entrance for better privacy, and safety. The whole house was completely renovated inside and out recently.
