This home has all you need- washer dryer, kitchen utensils, spices, coffee, comfy blankets. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great as it’s close to stores, restaurants and the Freeway.

Very nice townhome in a great location

Good layout for families. Nice towels, linens, plates, and consumable items. Close to the Air Force academy and shopping on the north side. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot great views and comfortable home in great neighborhood

House was very clean, had more than everything needed for cooking and relaxing for our entire stay. Grill on the back deck was perfect for dinner on a beautiful evening - convenient to restaurants, shops, golf course and AFA area. Owners very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful family vacation!

We had a great time at this beautiful property. Home is just as pictured. Had comfortable beds and everything we needed. Also has great views off the back deck. The Master bedroom is on main floor and my teenagers had their own space downstairs. Good communication from the owners as well. Would stay here again for sure!

The house was perfect for us: quick weekend visit with my son at USAFA. The townhome was quiet and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. I always bring my own pans, but it really wasn’t necessary for this home. We will stay here again.

When we had a problem with the dishwasher and disposal, the owners worked with us to solve the issue quickly. The house is lovely and has the best supplies. So convenient for USAFA graduation.

Colorado Springs Vacation

The property exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed and then some! The house was so clean and cozy! Our granddaughters loved the game room which had a conversion type pool table that included multiple games. The game room also had Pac Man and Centipede arcade games! These were great for grownups too! 👍 The location was perfect! I would highly recommend! We won’t hesitate to book this rental again the next time we are in the area!

Exceeded expectations!

This house was perfect for our family, and absolutely exceeded our expectations at every level. We usually bring all of our own necessities when we rent, including specialty kitchen items, my chef's knife, bathroom supplies, etc. But these were all not needed for this house! It had EVERYTHING, including gaming machines for our teenagers, a fully appointed kitchen that allowed me to cook for a 10 person sit down meal, and all the little things that you might forget. We will definitely stay here again!

Love, love staying here! Great area very near USAFA so perfect to get your cadet off campus for a break while visiting!! Had everything we needed for preparing family meals. About a 7 minute drive to Walmart for groceries, but also close to King Soopers, and a Sprouts store nearby. Also within 10 minutes of a mall and other stores in case you forget to pack something. Neighborhood is quiet as is the surrounding area…great for walking as I like to do for exercise. I think I mentioned last time we stayed here, that we even walked to the Starbucks (about a mile?). Lots of fun games and things for the kids if you have them. Comfy couches and beds! The pictures represent very well! Thanks for a great stay! Highest recommendation!

Wedding Week!

We stayed there during the week of our daughter's wedding. We had my husband and I, my best friend (who was also the pastor for the wedding) and her husband, and my mother. It was the perfect space for all of us. Our daughter stayed with us the night before her wedding in the bunkbeds with grandma! We were 5 minutes to nice walking trails, and close to food, etc. It was a great place to stay!

Loved this VRBO! Super clean! Great amenities! Awesome game room downstairs! Close to Air Force Academy...my husband and I walked to Starbucks every morning for our exercise ( about 1.5 mile each way) Had well stocked necesities; gas grill if we needed it. Quiet neighborhood. GREAT VIEW off back of house! Too much Great stuff to mention. Definitely hoping to book again when we go out to see our son at the Academy.

We loved our stay! We came down to see friends that live in Castle Rock but wanted to do most of our fun activities in the Springs! Perfect location for both!! The only real issue was the master bathroom doesn’t have a door so it is chilly taking a shower unless you want to use a bunch of hot water to heat more than just the bathroom. We made it work and understand it’s a style these days. The kids loved the games downstairs and the amount of movies was mind blowing! We didn’t have time to watch any but wow!!! Would definitely stay again if we come back to Colorado Springs!!

Perfect!

My family and I visited the property for a week while our boys visited the Air Force Academy baseball camp! It was very warm and welcoming. The boys loved the downstairs and the games and movies provided! The location was centralized to different shopping centers, food, even things to do with the family. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and look forward to booking again in the near future!

Great family place!

A nice place to visit with our USAFA cadet. A very comfortable place with lots of space to hang out. Close to lots of things to do and places to eat. The view from the balcony was great and you can see the Academy.

Good location and nice neighborhood

Listing is 100% accurate. The home has everything you need to get going for your stay... toiletries, coffee etc. location has you within 20-30 min to everything CO springs area. 1.5 hrs to Boulder and Golden. Area of house has plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and stores.
