About this property

Beautiful home located 7 miles from Michigan Stadium. Large patio with huge grill and outdoor fridge. Multipurpose finished basement with full bar area, 60in TV and home gym. 5 bedrooms with room for up to 10 ppl to sleep. If you have kids we have everything you need including playroom and cribs. Laundry room and beautiful remodeled kitchen, large dining space. WiFi included, multiple TVs loaded with Apple TV and Netflix. Perfect space for a large family gathering or football weekend.

Our home is conveniently less than a half mile from a large grocery store (Meijer), CVS, Starbucks, multiple restaurants I94. We are 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the Big House and downtown Ann Arbor.

Although this is a family home, you will not feel like you are living in someone else’s space. We make every accommodation to give you hotel style comfort including fresh white linens and towels, toiletries, bottled water, a coffee station and various other treats provided to compliment your trip. We remain available for your stay to help accommodate any need you may have.

Located in a quiet walkable neighborhood with a lovely park. You will find this space to be accommodating and useful, especially for large group gatherings.

Our multipurpose basement is stocked with board games, Wii U, tons of DVDs and a full seated bar. 3 TVs in the basement are perfect for multi-sport viewing and the Bose surround sound offers theatre style audio with the comfort of two fully reclining sofas. If your the fitness type, get in a quick job or weight session with the fitness center while watching your favorite show on the 65 inch TV.

Our kitchen offers tons of amenities including a fully stocked Keurig, double oven, butcher block island and all the kitchen utensils you could need.

During the warm months, relax on our spacious patio with a dining table for 6 people, lounge seating for an additional 6 and an outdoor bar. The propane grill has a granite work space and a built in outdoor refrigerator to store your cold drinks and patio lights to soak up a warm summer night.

Beautiful house, great location!

We booked Katie's house for a family reunion and Michigan game. The house was spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated. It was too cold for us to use the outdoor deck, but we could see how great it would be grill out there. We had a wonderful stay, and Katie is such a gracious host!

Great House!

My family (wife and four kids) were heading to A2 for a football game and rather last minute another family was able to join us for the game. So we had two families, 6 & 4, for a total of 10 staying at the house. We knew it would be close quarters but couldn't have asked for a better set up and house was terrific. Extremely clean and organized, clearly most of the house had been recently updated, everything was terrific. Katie was extremely responsive and accommodating and really had no issues or complaints whatsoever. Very much appreciate the small details such as having the refrigerator completely open and cleared. All in all, two very strong thumbs up.

Great Home for a Group

We had a fantastic trip and this beautiful home stay that made us feel so welcome was a big part of it! The property is a well maintained, spacious, and very comfortable home! The Host was responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. We were a group of extended adult family members traveling to attend a football game at the University of Michigan. The Host provided us with efficient directions to get to the stadium along with recommendations for local Sports bars, restaurants and delis. A large local grocery store, coffee shop, and food options are in close proximity to the house and easy to access via car. There is also close and easy access to the freeway. There is a great outdoor deck area with ample seating and although we did not use it, a nice gas grill was available. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare meals along with plenty of plates and glassware. There was a thoughtful welcome basket containing local (Zingerman’s) coffee, coffee cake, crackers, and candy. There are multiple TVs throughout the house with helpful instructions on operating the various remotes. 😊 You will feel like you are home if you choose to this great property! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great house, super responsive host

This house is about 20 mins away from U of M and is situated in a quiet suburban setting. House is clean and modern with plenty of space. Nice outdoor deck with grill. Great finished basement. The host was fantastic with my questions and requests responding in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend.

Comfy in Ann Arbor

4 Dads, 5 boys, a game at the Big House, and late nights at your house- made this, our 4th year in a row on this pilgrimage, a memorable one. Not even the torrential downpour could dampen our spirits! House was warm, plush, and perfect for our large group. Well equipped, well though out, and had everything we might have forgotten. Thanks Katie & Co. for the warm welcome!
