With an easy walk to the beach and ocean views this well-designed and well equipped house is ideal for a large family gathering. 6 adults and 4 children were more than comfortable.

Fantastic property and location for the family to enjoy the Sunshine Coast.
My only feedback would be to consider a child gate solution at the top of the stairs (relevant for me with two young children).
Nice and roomy, clean, great location, close to Kings beach and shops. Lots of private parking. We didn't need to use the cars for 5 days.
Neighbours complained about the fire that we had in the back yard, saying smoke going into their house and they have bamboo, they were worried about catching fire.
Would recommend this house for a great beach holiday :)

What we liked: location, the space, the set up, the cleanliness, the furniture and appliances, the layout
What we didn’t (and this is being picky and totally little kid orientated) no kiddy gate and the top of the stairs, not much of a backyard and not fenced.
Overall we’d stay here again and we would recommend this property to family and friends

Very impressed with the house. Looked as good, if not better than it appeared from its online pictures. Very spacious and very well appointed. New appliances including very large screen TV and plenty of china, cutlery and glassware. Beds and bathrooms all first class. Ducted AC throughout. Nice and close to Kings Beach just a short walk away. Great verandah out the front with lovely view of the ocean as well.
Only negatives - the road out front is quite busy with a fair bit of road noise at times, and a multi-story apartment building towers over the fire pit in the back yard which would make you feel quite conspicuous if you ever decided to use it. Aside from those 2 minor issues, impressive house and highly recommend.
We all had a great time in this recently renovated property. Everything fresh & clean. Our only concern was that there wasn't really enough seating to watch Tv, as this is advertised as upto 10 people. As a Not teenage group we did find the seating a bit low for us as well, although we do understand that they have tried to keep some of the original furnishings from the properties history...
Maybe an instruction book for appliances, we had to Google how to use them....
The property is a short walk to the beach, cafe's & shopping......which we all loved.
The views down to the water was lovely, but some type of window covering for privacy at night would be nice also.
We would definitely consider returning again....
the open plan living area was very awesome for the 10 of us ...three WC bonus...wish wasnt raining we all wanted to go around fire pit (pity neighbours one side are a bit ‘pottymouth’)
