Our MAGIC house has a FANTASTIC VIBE and guarantees a MEMORABLE stay.

All linen, bath towels and beach towels provided, and a complementary late checkout offered when available.

It's a gorgeous specimen of an old fibro beach shack that we have enjoyed enlarging and improving over the last 20 years. And we are happy to share the love, so you can enjoy an authentic beach holiday too.

Situated on Tooway Lake, in between beautiful Dicky Beach and world famous Moffat Beach. Both beaches are a short 300 metre stroll, with no main roads to cross. Both are surf beaches, Dicky Beach is patrolled all year round by the Lifesavers, and both beaches have great surfing breaks. Both beaches have rock pools for frolicking, snorkelling and fishing. Both beaches have cafes, restaurants and shops, and Dicky Beach has a Surf Club. You need not go anywhere else on your holiday! If you do want to venture out, Caloundra is just over the hill, and has a plethora of beaches, waterways and places to eat out and shop. Australia Zoo and the Big Kart Track are only 20 minutes drive. Mooloolaba is also 20 mins, Maleny is an hour inland and Noosa an hour north.

Our house needs to be seen to be believed. It's bright blue with colourful aquatic themed stained glass windows throughout. You are greeted with beautiful front doors that open into a spacious and relaxing house, that has a lot of artwork, a lot of colour, a lot of timber and a lot of character.

On the entry level there is a lounge room with 85inch TV with Netflix, a kitchen with all the necessities, out to a huge back deck with timber slab furniture, a day bed, football & dartboard, and Weber BBQ. To the right is a dining room with big 10 seater table, an open plan office with two big timber desk work stations and printer, a kids play area with a 2 storey tree, yes tree, with loads of books, games and jigsaws, around a bit further to a bathroom and laundry, and a beautiful private bedroom with double bed and a single lounge/day bed with single trundle, and massive french doors opening onto the deck.

Upstairs are two big private bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen size bed, a bath and double shower all with views out to the lake and wildlife reserve, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed and single day bed, with leafy views and the sound of the surf in the distance.

Underneath the house is a gorgeous self-contained unit with a king size bed, single sofa bed with single trundle, kitchenette, large patio with outdoor dining table and double day bed. The bathroom floor is an underwater mosaiced masterpiece!

We are garden lovers and love earthing out, so there are is a huge variety of plants in gardens and pots, not a blade of grass on the property. The heated pool and front deck area is fabulous. Fences are donned with more mosaic artwork and other cool/zany art.

All bed linen provided, good quality, sheets are 1000 thread count.
All bath towels, hand towels and face washers provided.
All beach towels provided.

In the kitchen, full use of all the crockery, utensils, appliances etc. plus all the everyday condiments like salt n pepper, sauces, oils etc, plus cooking items like glad wrap, foil, baking paper etc. and cleaning products like washing detergent, laundry detergent and wipes, plus toilet paper are all included.

Here’s a summary of sleeping arrangements:
Upstairs of house: QB in master bedroom. QB & SB daybed in second bedroom.
Downstairs bedroom: DB and 2 x SB.
Unit under house: KB in bedroom, and 2 x SB in lounge, outside DB daybed.
Sleeps 14 easily.

Discounts apply if you don't want the self-contained unit and are happy for the owners to stay in it.

Two night minimum throughout the year and usually a 4 night minimum during peak periods. We are open to enquiries for overnighters or longer stays, just ask.

Strict No Party rule, particularly no Bucks or Hens celebrations, or disguised attempts. This is a quiet neighbourhood, in a residential area, so no late nights, no loud noise, no disrespectful behaviour. (Sorry, but two disrespectful groups have ruined it!) Thank you for respecting us and our neighbours.
