Kevalier Park is a luxurious, spacious and majestic home set within two acres of lawns, trees and hedging. The property has a heated indoor pool within a separate pool cabana, and comfortably sleeps 14 across six bedrooms and four beautiful, contemporary bathrooms.

Where will I be?

Kevalier Park is located on the western edge of Berry town - a few minutes drive from the main street. Walking to town is also possible and will take around 20 minutes. Kevalier Park is one of about 10 houses on a private cul de sac road. Overall, it has a very central location vis a vis Berry town, but with all the benefits of being in a beautiful, natural setting.

Kevalier Park is one of Berry's most luxurious properties, sleeping up to 14 in total comfort. The house has an indoor pool, gymnasium, wood fire place, air- conditioning, and Wi-Fi. And the large, comfortable living areas are perfectly suited to a relaxed gathering of family and friends. You will never have to leave!

How is the property laid out?

Kevalier Park is a large double storey home with six bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the ground floor there are double entrance doors that open into a tiled foyer looking through to the formal lounge room. The formal lounge room is elegant with a high pitched ceiling, plush carpet, comfortable sofas and wing-back chairs around a beautiful combustion fireplace

There is an entertainment room with plush lounge suite, slim line TV, DVD player and lots of board games. Also on this floor are two dining areas, a gourmet eat-in fully equipped kitchen and a laundry.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a queen bedroom and a large children's retreat with three single beds and one trundle bed plus a television for entertainment, and one bathroom with large shower, vanity and toilet.

On the upper floor there are four more bedrooms, the master bedroom with private balcony, king bed, walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms Two and Three are spacious queen bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and window seats, and Bedroom Four is a twin bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobes. There is one main three-way style bathroom to share.

The separate pool and bar area is accessed via a covered walkway from the main house, this area incorporates a swimming pool with bar area and a gymnasium featuring a treadmill, exercise bike and rowing machine. Also in the pool area is a leisure room plus a change room/ bathroom space. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. There is also a games area leading from the pool area, the garage doubles as a games room with a pool table and table tennis.

Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?

This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

Kevalier Park is set on two acres of manicured park-like ground with lots of places to explore if offers both privacy and security. The property is fully fenced and has two outdoor entertaining areas, one with table, chairs, and a gas BBQ and one with an outdoor lounge setting. There is a private balcony off the master bedroom and also another undercover outdoor area off the kitchen.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Kevalier Park has ducted air-conditioning throughout the house for year round comfort, a combustion fireplace in living room and ceiling fans in most of the bedrooms.

Pool heating

The pool is heated with an electric heating unit, with a set temperature. The heating is monitored by the property caretaker and will be turned on for your arrival. Please be patient with the system while it warms up. Please also make active use of the pool cover mat which is provided for your use. It can help significantly with the pool temperature.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is ample off street, open air parking for four cars on the circular driveway at the front of the house.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Try to find a carer for your pets, so that you can enjoy this spectacular property, but if that is not possible, please contact us for a list of our pet friendly options.
* What are the minimum stay rules?

- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Peak Season rules?

Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
