Welcome to Brae View, a beautifully styled, pet-friendly holiday home in the heart of Berry, one of the South Coast’s most charming country towns. Perfectly located just a short walk from Berry’s cafés, boutiques, markets, and historic village centre, this spacious five-bedroom retreat is ideal for family holidays, getaways with friends, or a relaxed weekend escape.

This home strictly does not allow parties and is fitted with a decibel noise monitoring device to detect parties.

With accommodation for up to 11 guests (maximum 10 adults), Brae View blends timeless character with modern comforts. The home features:

Five generous bedrooms: including a master suite with a king bed and designer ensuite, three queen bedrooms, and a fifth bedroom with a tri-bunk – perfect for kids or extra guests.

Two stylish living areas with cosy furnishings and a welcoming fireplace – ideal for cooler nights.

A light-filled, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens to a large, covered deck with outdoor lounge and dining, overlooking landscaped gardens and views to Wedding Cake Mountain.

This Berry holiday rental is all about indoor-outdoor living. Spend sunny days splashing in the heated in-ground pool (heated September to April), picking herbs from the veggie garden, or making pizzas in the outdoor wood-fired oven. There’s also a generous lawn, fruit trees, and plenty of space for kids to play or for your dog to roam (fully fenced and pet-friendly).

Thank you to our hosts, Braeside worked very well for our family Christmas reunion. A well appointed home with a pool and wood fired pizza oven that were both put to great use. Very very comfy beds and couches too!

Outstanding family home in the heart of Berry

We recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at Brae View House in Berry. A fantastic 5 bed family home with great backyard and pool. Our family had a week at Brae View and enjoyed it immensely, the property managers were very friendly and helpful with booking and check in process and promptly answered any questions we had during our stay. The house itself is just lovely with 5 double bedrooms, and great communal spaces inside and out. The house has everything you could want, and it was great to find the bottle of wine and pizza making ingredients ready for us to try to outdoor pizza oven! The house is a 3-4 minute walk from the centre of Berry, close to all amenities, and being pet friendly is an added bonus - our puppy loves to snooze in the sun on the back veranda! We can’t wait to be back at Brae View for another stay! Thank you Latitiude!
