Family-friendly cottage in the Texas Hill Country

Set upon a 23 acre property in the Texas Hill Country, the cottage is part of a small Bed and Breakfast. With 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area, dining area, and a kitchenette, our Cottages are the perfect rental space for a family or small group. This cottage is wheel-chair accessible and features a roll-in shower in one of the bathrooms.
The property includes a pecan orchard, gazebo, swimming pool, and the Guadalupe river. If you are interested in sight-seeing, there are plenty of opportunities in Comfort and the nearby towns : Boerne, Fredricksburg, and Kerville. Our property is fully staffed, so housekeeping is included with your stay. Our friendly staff is also happy to answer any questions you may have.

Great layout - very spacious rooms! Loved the porch and porch rockers! Took amazing walks each day down by the river! Will definitely come back! So peaceful!

Peace and Comfort

We had a great time staying at this property. Comfort had some great hidden gems and Boerne was just a short trip away. The house was spotless and the extra amenities (shampoo, soap, etc.) were greatly appreciated. The property is full of deer and other wildlife. Definitely be sure to visit the waterfall!

Beautiful rental and beautiful grounds

We had a very relaxing stay which was our goal. Beautiful and spacious! Enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch in morning and evening. We had perfect weather as well. Would recommend!

Family wedding

Loved having a cottage to share with the grandkids. Just had family and friends on the property for the wedding weekend. So convenient to walk to the big house for dining and then head back to the cottage for naps. Very relaxing.
