No intenet, no tv, owner hardest to contact

When we arrive at the unit , there was no light yet , but we ask the front desk and they turn it on. No internet, No TV, we have to talk with the front desk to turn on the ac. We tried to call the owner but cannot be reached, we texted her and she texted back and said her nephew is coming to help us, he came next day to connect the internet and tv, apparently the service was disconnected according to the nephew and the front desk. he said he is coming back but took soo long and we have to leave because we have appointment. (We waited until 5:00pm that day for him to come back), we texted him the next day , he did not answer. after a week he did not came back., until the third week , he came and fix the tv. No communication from the owner even until we left the unit on our way back to the airport. Not good experience at all.

Clean and comfortable condo with great location close to SM mall and High Street in BGC. Gina was very easy to work with and we really appreciated her letting us check in early to accommodate our morning flight. We will stay here again. Thanks

The whole process went smoothly. Gina the property owner replied my messages right away. The condo is small which is exactly what is stated in the online listing which is good for 4 persons. The bed is comfortable. Our all basic needs were met. What we enjoyed most was the condo is very well located means the malls, attractions and restaurants are walking distance. The only con is the bathroom needs to be updated and there's no counter or cabinet to put your toiletries but the water flow in the shower is good.
