Ocean Court 7 - Town Beach Holiday Convenience

Situated at Town Beach - ideal for swimming, surfing and pottering in the rock pools. When you've had enough sun, sand and surf you can enjoy a picnic under the shady trees in the park opposite or keep the children occupied on the play equipment in the park whilst everywhere you look is an ocean view.

Set among some of Port Macquarie's finest cafes and restaurants.  This unit enjoys an easterly balcony with ocean views, undercover parking and internal laundry.

Unit 7 is a 3rd floor unit (no lift) and is fully tiled for your easy care holiday.

Accommodates up to 4 with a double bed in the main bedroom and 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom.   Linen is not provided - linen hire can be arranged.

Please note there is no smoking in the unit or on the common grounds

The bathroom had dirt and mould. No room in the bathroom as it was the laundry as well. The floors were filthy. The blinds in the bedrooms were broken. There was no soap or toilet tissue. This was a holiday for our family and I was embarrassed.

The property was filthy, and had not been maintained in years.Water damaged ceilings - actual holes,Bucket to catch the leaks in the laundry,Blanket for curtain in the bedroom,Floors filthy!!Location is good, property was very poor!!

Not a Good Stay at all!!

Unclean, no temperature knob on oven, no handle on shower, no mop, other things as well; I had to get real estate out to look over the property as thinfs werw pretty run down; disappointing overall for price paid.

Reviewer Comments: Unit is located in a little, quiet complex with great ocean views. It's a very, very short walk to the beach. However the unit is worn out and hasn't been kept up rental standards. I'm not going to list all the issues here as I was able to live with them and I just needed somewhere to stay but I still advised the real estate so that they were aware and could get them fixed.

Great location Bad unit

Very tired dirty unit. Cracks in walls need immediate attention. Oven needs replacing. Covers on sofas need laundering. Pedestal fans were filthy. I personally cleaned the one in the bedroom ! Six flights of stairs to top unit. Not mentioned in listing. Front door needs deadlock. All vertical blinds missing slats. Location of unit is awesome. Sadly description of rental is not an honest listing. Building needs inspection to get it up to code for holiday letting. Elders Real Estate needs to manage their cleaning crew as this unit was Filthy.
