Welcome to the marina front Pavillions 24.
This luxury 4 bedroom apartment is luxury marina front living on Hamilton Island.

Located on the first floor there is a summer plunge poolon the expansive balcony. The sliding doors open up creating a huge living area looking over one of Australia’s most famous marinas.
Being located on the marina has many benefits including the fact that you can walk everywhere from here- however we do also provide a complimentary 4 seater golf buggy for your stay.
Being a large one level apartment it’s perfect for young families or the elderly- it is located on the first level and access to the front door is via lift. There aren’t many properties on Hamilton island without stairs- let alone properties of this standard!
This apartment was completely rebuilt after cyclone Debbie in March 2017- complete with a brand new enormous kitchen that compliments the apartment perfectly.

The property needs a good clean, also the spa in the master doesn’t work. For a property this big it needs two buggies included.

Couldn’t find a toaster, No matches or stater to start BBQ Clothes airer broken No property manual No fan cover in master shower For the $ paid the property wasn’t up to standard of cleanliness and above. Hope this is helpful, thank you David

The cleanliness of the apartment was appalling,Tiled floors throughout very dirty, Fridge dirty, etc

Spacious and great location but entire apartment needs a thorough cleaning. For the price it should have been spic n span. Pliers in rim of washing machine, plunge pool cold, dishwasher/oven not working. All fabric sofas need cleaning , deck very dirty.

Mini pre Christmas getaway!

Our pre Christmas getaway was nothing short of amazing. Our 12th time on Hamilton Island and 1st time staying at this property. Without a doubt the best location we’ve stayed at on the island. We were still close to all the action, yet far enough away for privacy. Each of our children had their own room and space to relax. Our parents room was at the opposite side of the apartment which was ideal. The kitchen was fully equipped and large enough to entertain. Lounge area very comfortable. Whilst the spa wasn’t working, it didn’t dampen our experience. Seriously the view.. and the natural light - perfect! Thank you!! We’d love to come back same time every year.

Fantastic Property in a Great Location
