Chk in was fine. Kitchen dirty (countertop, floor), no real modern appliances: toaster, Keurig, etc. One bathroom sink had no stopper in it. No internet or TV service until we purchased a Roku stick to use & the internet was fixed the second day. Pool was fine but tennis court surface was not great for play. I’ve stayed at Captains Villas before many times, this was the worst one overall.

Holden Happy Place

We absolutely loved the condos location on the island and proximity to the beach. Floor plan was great! It would have been nice to have a keyless entry code as to check in to the property rather than stopping by the management office upon arrival. We would not have minded going back to the office to sign for the use of the pool a little later or even the next day! The pool is fabulous by the way! The condo itself was very comfortable and we would stay again in the future! Cleaning services could have done a better job in my opinion, as I have owned and operated a cleaning business in the past. I personally cleaned the bathrooms upon arrival. Our clean linens were not available until 30 minutes after our arrival which would have been okay if this had been communicated to us! Instead, while unpacking we hear a key opening the door…. It was the laundry service dropping off our clean linens! Very nice by the way… just awkward for all of us! The kitchen and floors were clean. Overall we had a wonderful week and would stay again… we have stayed in different places at Holden for the past 12 years… we will always return to Holden , so for us to say we would stay at seven c’s again means something!!

First time Holden Beach

Great location, owner very thoughtful providing anything needed. Enjoy breakfast on the back deck or front porch area. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice size pool and easy walk to the beach right across the street. Our first trip to Holden Beach and Seven Cs won’t be the last!!

Cute little place, great location too

We had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of little extras to allow us not to spend too much at the grocery, but I would have liked a hand mixer and a 9x13 casserole dish and also a better mixing bowl. I made great use of the very nice whisk and borrowed a hand mixer from family renting another place. Everything was is great condition, I would definitely rent this unit again.
