New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

You'll have a wonderful, unobstructed view of the marsh and Intracoastal Waterway from this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home located right across the street from beach access. The first floor has a queen bedroom and the second floor has two bedrooms with a queen in the first and two singles in the second. You'll also have a sofa and dining room table. Holden Friends has central heat and air, a dishwasher, beverage refrigerator, a microwave, a washer/dryer, cable TVs, and a Bluetooth radio. Other amenities include an open and covered porch, an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, and parking underneath the house.

Holden Beach Overlook

The house is nice but stairs are steep and treads narrow which can be dangerous, especially when carrying luggage. Amenities were minimal, no large knife for cutting up meat, fruits, vegetables.
