Summary:
The Meadowlark Manor is the ideal destination for families or groups of friends looking to make memories in the Mile High City. The space is a ranch styled home and features six bedrooms and three bathrooms. A spacious backyard is available for our guests to use during their stay.

The Space:
The space is an oasis for travelers who need a bigger space than what most other listings or hotels can provide to them.

The first floor is home to the first four bedrooms, each decorated in their own flair. The first two bedrooms have queen beds, along with ample closet storage. The third bedroom is a Star Wars themed room with two single beds, ideal for children or kids at heart. The back bedroom is the master suite with a king bed and its own bathroom with a shower. At the end of the hallway, guests will find a full bathroom with a shower and tub that can be shared amongst the other three bedrooms.

Outside of the hallway, guests will find the living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil one would need to make a delicious home-cooked meal. In the corner of the kitchen, a comfortable reading nook can be found. The nook is a perfect space for someone to curl up in the sunshine and read their favorite book.

Downstairs, guests will find the other two bedrooms, full bathroom with a shower, and family room. The first bedroom features two single beds, two closets and a queen bed. The other bedroom is features an Avengers themed style and two single beds. The family room has an entertainment system, couches, workspace and plenty of board games!

The spacious backyard features plenty of grassy areas.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard. Every Tuesday, we may access the property to move the moving truck in the driveway or access the garage. We will not interfere with the guest's stay or their privacy.

Getting Around:
For those who do not have their own car, I recommend utilizing Lyft or Uber. There is also a few community share programs for cars, such as Turo and Car2Go.

Great house!

We came into town to get married and had our whole wedding party stay with us so we needed a big house with lots of space and this was it! The property manager was great at communicating when they started to do some remodeling and was still able to accommodate our large group. Definitely would recommend!

Wedding stay

It was a nice property and glad it worked for what we need but it was not an easy knowing what we were getting. When i reserved the property it was listed as a 7 bedroom but after reserving realized there were only 6 bedrooms listed in the description details. Then I recieved an email that 1 bedroom was being turned into storage and wouldn't be available. Then i was told that it was being remodeled and might be available. Then I asked on the VBRO site what was really going on with the bedrooms. There they said there were still 6 bedrooms. Within 2 weeks of our stay i asked for clarification and was told that a walk through would be done. After that i was told that there was indeed only 5 bedrooms. I saw on a couple of reviews that said the same thing. And even though it had been 2 months since the first notification that it was only 5 bedrooms the listing still listed 6 bedrooms. I felt like it was intentional to get the rentals. Also just as a few reviews I read out said, the property could be a lot cleaner. It wasn't filthy but it wasn't thoroughly cleaned.There was a lot of dirt in one of the storage closets that was obviosly there for a long time. The shower downstairs was the same way with old mold. It looked dead and like it had been killed but never cleaned up. There were a few things personnel things we found that were not ours.

Great property!

Was in town for a teen sporting event. Plenty of space and room for 8 people. Conveniently located close to shopping and the interstate. House was clean and had the amenities needed for a week's stay. Would stay there again.

I will start with the good. Property was located in a perfect spot for us, the neighborhood was quiet, it was a good size home for our party. The bad..The home was not very clean. The smell when we walked in was overwhelming and smelled like cat urine. It was awful. The floors were not vacuumed/swept in a lot of common areas, dead bugs on the floor in the basement, The showers had mildew and the basement shower floor was really bad. The walls were very dirty, The overall home needed a good cleaning. We were also faced with losing a room a couple weeks prior to our visit. We were attending our son's wedding so finding another place prior to our arrival on such short notice was not possible. We had to deal with the loss of the room. We were offered a full refund, but since that was not a possibility we could not do anything about it. We were not offered any kind of compensation for the last minute change, just a free cancellation. Hints when staying at this property: Bring your own iron if you need to use the steam to iron your clothes. The iron is broken and if you add water it just comes right out when ironing your clothes. We didn't realize it and it stained a pair of pants. Bring extra towels and a clean sponge for kitchen. You get one towel/wash cloth each, and one towel for the kitchen, and one disgustingly dirty sponge. Lastly, the upstairs is unbearably hot the air conditioner is not working properly.

Perfect Group Accommodations

This property was perfect for our needs. The owner was very responsive and answered all of our questions as we planned our trip. The house had everything we needed, is convenient to local shopping, and is easily accessible. We were traveling with a large group, and we had plenty of space to spread out.
