Koumneni Villa is located at Pano Akourdaleia village up the hills facing Latchi area.
Each bedroom sized 20sqm, has wooden floor, big windows with mosquito screens, ceiling fan and Air-condition. Specious open plan kitchen and living room (80sqm).
In an agriculture plot featuring organic trees like, Cherries, Peaches, Apricots, Pears , Walnuts’, Lotus, figs and Olives.
Big Sun terrace including 50sqm swimming pool.
