Spacious Litchfield Beach home with Pool and Beach Access

Our spacious, bright Litchfield Beach condo with four large bedrooms and three full bathrooms offers ample space for a family getaway or a reunion of friends.

You will enjoy every modern amenity and have access to a private community pool, Litchfield beach, and all that peaceful Pawleys Island has to offer: golf, nature preserves, museums, shopping, a local zoo, and good southern dining.

Our gorgeous ground-floor home is great for families, golfers, or a weekend away with friends. The living area has an open floor plan with a fully-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, additional bar seating, and a comfortable lounge and entertainment area. A private screened-in patio adds to the generous space. There is parking right in front of the unit, which comes equipped with wifi, internet-ready televisions, a dvd player, in-unit laundry, an iron, and hair dryers.

Our condo provides access to the Avian Forest pool, just steps from the front door, which has ample seating and a shaded area with tables.

You will also enjoy easy access to Litchfield Beach at the Litchfield by the Sea resort entrance, 5 minutes away via bike, car, or golf cart (distance 1.5 miles door to shore). In addition to miles of gorgeous sandy beach, Litchfield by the Sea offers peaceful marshland views, tennis courts, a beach deck for picnics, and shore-side bathrooms and showers. (Please note: guests have LBTS access for beach, parking, and tennis courts ONLY.)

Our condo sleeps 8 (with enough space for two additional children in portable beds). We can provide one child’s bed (pack'n play, suitable for newborn to toddler) and a high chair, on request. We will provide linens (unless otherwise arranged for longer stays).

The Avian Forest condo community is a peaceful neighborhood located in beautiful Pawley’s island. It is nestled between two award-winning golf courses and situated a short 5 minutes from the beach at Litchfield. Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are three miles away, down Ocean Highway. Please note that Litchfield Beach / Pawleys Island is about 30 minutes south of Myrtle Beach along Ocean Highway. It is about an hour and a half north of Charleston.

Spacious location for a family beach trip

The unit was perfect for our family with multiple teens. Everyone was able to have their own space but the kitchen and dining area comfortably allowed us to spend time together. We would definitely stay here again

Avian Forest Golf Getaway!!

The unit is centrally located right off major highway & close to many shops & restraunts. Accomaditions were good & host was very easy to work with. Would reccomend for family vacation or golf getaway.

We stayed at Avian Dr. building 49 condo 101. We enjoyed our stay it was well equipped. Plenty of room for when our family visited for a week. Close to beach, golf course and shopping. We will book it again next year.

It was a perfect place!

We had more of a tropical storm visit vs. traditional beach week - but it was perfect! There was enough room so that even though we were stuck inside more than expected - there was plenty of space.

Wonderfully relaxing

We had a really nice time, it felt like home away from home. Everyone including the baby lived the pool & beach. My husband and I especially enjoyed our early morning walks through Litchfield By the Sea to watch the sunrise...and get all of our steps in early.

We enjoyed our stay at this place very much. The bedroom setup was great for our family size. The decor and furnishings were nice as well as the open space in the living room/dining area. Our family liked the salt water pool also. It was so great to have the owner answer immediately when there was a question or concern about the place.

We absolutely love this condo. Very spacious and has everything you would need from cooking to showering. I don't think we have ever been in a rental that provided so many things. Rebecca is great host.

Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation. The condo setup is ideal for a large family. Four bedrooms total, two bedrooms on one side of the house and two bedrooms on the other. There were no stairs which made it ideal for traveling with young children. The pool was great and so was the beach. Lots of things to do. A trail for biking/running/walking that goes for miles is right outside the complex. Restaurants and shopping were very close. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend!

Fantastic Condo

Great location. The condo was very spacious with plenty of room. The condo is association is very well maintained with pools and beach access. Rebecca was a fantastic host as well. Very easy to communicate with. One of the people traveling with us left their wallet behind and Rebecca arranged for it to be shipped back to him.

One Suggestion

All went very well and we enjoyed our stay and would consider renting the property again. My only suggestion would be providing more then one days worth of bath towels/wash cloths/hand towels for each person. that became cumbersome. Even two days worth wouldn't have put laundering pressure on us during our stay at the beach. Again all was good otherwise. Its a well kept condominium.

We run a Ryder Cup with 16 guys. The 4 bedroom set up is perfect for you golf foursome. Place is clean and well equipped, I would highly recommend renting. Thank you for everything.
