About this property

Apartment / house just a few minutes from the lake and beach, conveniently located

Stylish and high-quality furnished 3-room holiday home in a romantic location with a very beautiful courtyard garden and a large private terrace framed by plants. The coach house with approx. 75 square meters has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (extra bed and with a cot possible), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Everything is lovingly and individually decorated. The living room with comfortable seats (dining area) and additional dining area offers space for a pleasant stay. The house has an LCD TV, WiFi connection, electric fireplace, gas grill (outside) with outside seating, kitchen with a nice small dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, stove, fume hood, oven, large fridge, freezer, dishes and many utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower head.

Consumption costs for electricity, heating, water and household waste disposal are included.
For the bed linen, towels and final cleaning, we charge a one-off fee of 90 euros per booking period. Interim cleaning is available on request. The gas grill use is one-time € 15. Dogs gladly on request per 12 euros.

The Berlin city tax is 5% of the rental amount and is payable on arrival.
This does not apply to professional stays.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's in a nice and quiet little town outside Berlin with easy access to public transportation to get into the city. We really enjoyed exploring the town and lake area as well.

Nice hideaway

Three tall adults stayed at this home. Why is “tall” important? We ducked to avoid several hanging chandeliers and some low ceilings, along with numerous outdoor garden hangings. Other than some ducking, it was a lovely stay in a great, walkable neighborhood. The property is perfectly quirky, and has nice amenities. Recommend.

Lovely carriage house in Friedrichshagen

Upon our arrival, I messaged the owner to say the property exceeded our expectations and I stand by what I said. We loved the house, which was impeccably kept and equipped, near the Müggelsee, which provided welcome respite on hot days. The beds were excellent, we all slept very well. The house stayed cool because we were able to keep the windows open thanks to the fly screens. We cooked at home and ate out. To be honest, it was like being at home away from home. The teen said it was the best cottage we ever rented and we agree. S-Bahn is conveniently nearby, as is the Alnatura organic shop and the Dresdner Feinbackerei. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for opening your house to us!

Es ist wirklich eine sehr schöne und sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Nur das WLAN hat ein zu schwaches Signal und ist im Innenraum nicht verwendbar. Da würde ein Repeater helfen.

Schöne Auszeit an der Bölschstrasse

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten draußen an dem Tisch wunderbar frühstücken, der Hof liegt geschützt, durch die Bäume ist es schön frisch. Die Bölschestr ist gleich um die Ecke, die S-Bahn auch und der Müggelsee - was will man mehr? Für Ausflüge Richtung Oder auch unschlagbar gelegen. Parken war jetzt wegen einer großen Baustelle schwierig - so ist das halt. Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir hierher kommen.

Sehr gute Wohnung in Friedrichshagen

Sehr atmosphaerevoll, saubere und gut ausgestaettete Wohnung. Sehr schoene Viertel im naehe zur stimmungsvollen Boelschestrasse mit viele Restarants, Cafe’s, Baeckereien und Handel. Berlin Alexanderplatz gut mit S-Bahn zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent séjour

Maison très agréable, meublée avec des souvenirs de voyages. Le tout est bien équipé et propre, parfaitement conforme aux photos et descriptif. Tout est proche (commerces, transports, lac) et le quartier est calme et agréable. L'arrivée et le départ sont faciles grâce aux nombreuses indications données en avance. Nous espérons revenir et conseillons cette location.

Tolle Lage!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Zugegebenermaßen waren wir hauptsächlich zum Schlafen da, dafür waren die Zimmer ausreichend groß. Für einen längeren (Regen-)Aufenthalt wäre uns die Wohnung mit fünf Personen zu klein gewesen. Friedrichshagen ist ein toller Stadtteil mit guter Anbindung an Berlin-City.

Ruhe in der Großstadt

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut gelegen, man kann gut einkaufen, essen gehen und mit der S-Bahn in die Stadt fahren. Die Ruhe sorgt für einen guten Entspannungseffekt, außerdem ist das Ferienhaus liebevoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet.

De ligging is zeer goed. Leuke wijk met goede restaurants die ook worden aanbevolen door de gastvrouw. Vlakbij het groot meer met terrasjes aan het water. Voor 4 personen goed, 5 wellicht wat krap met zitplaatsen bij de TV. Enige minpuntje was dat de vaatwasser kapot was.

Lieber Mark, es freut uns sehr, dass es Euch gefallen hat. Der Geschirrspüler ist leider genau vor Euch kaputt gegangen und die Lieferung hat sich verzögert. Gleich nach Euch konnten wir aber einen neuen Siemnesgeschirrspüler wieder einbauen. In Friedrichshagen kann man wirklich viel unternehmen und ist schnell in der City. Eine wohlfühl Oase

Alles läd zum wohlfühlen und entspannen ein. Liebevoll eingerichtet ebenso vorbereitet. Dieses bezieht sich auf den innen Bereich als auch auf den außen Bereich. Wohlfühloase mitten in Berlin

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung gemietet, um Badeurlaub und Städtetrip zu kombinieren. Der Müggelsee und die S-Bahn Station waren in nur kurzen Gehminuten zu erreichen, das war perfekt. Auch die Bölschestraße mit den vielen kleinen Läden, Restaurants und Cafés liegt direkt um die Ecke. Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse in ruhiger Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, top Terrasse, nette Vermieterin, Umgebung schön und auch mit Angeboten, Supermarkt in der Nähe, mit ÖPNV halbwegs schnell im Zentrum. Hätte nicht besser sein können!!

See und Cityurlaub

Super schön gelegenes, sehr liebevoll und üppig ausgestattetes Haus mit ruhiger Umgebung, dabei sehr gut angebunden. Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Bei bestem Badewetter am großen Müggelsee, sowie einigen Ausflügen in die City. Immer wieder gerne.
