Set in a peaceful and secluded Perthshire glen close to Bridge of Cally, Milton of Drimmie Farmhouse is a cosy yet spacious Highland retreat designed for extended families and friends to truly come together. Surrounded by sweeping hill and glen views, rolling countryside and wildlife, it sits at the heart of Perthshire’s natural beauty — quiet, restorative and perfectly placed for exploring, reconnecting and slowing into the rhythm of rural Scotland.
With 6 flexible bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone, the farmhouse offers spaces for gathering and spaces for retreat. The large open-plan living area with a log burner becomes the adults’ haven, while the TV/Games Snug gives younger guests their own cosy corner. The dining conservatory, seating up to 15 and framed by spectacular views across the Perthshire hills and glens, is the perfect setting for long, laughter-filled family meals.
Children naturally gravitate toward the Games Barn (a favourite for older kids and teens) or the garden play area (perfect for younger children), while the adults enjoy relaxed afternoons and evenings by the log burner or lingering by the firepit under the stars. Whether indoors or out, there is room for everyone to unwind in their own way.
Nature lovers will relish the chance of spotting pine martens in the garden, strolling the nearby Cateran Trail, or chasing adventure in the Cairngorms. From glen walks and wildlife-watching to day trips across Perthshire’s historic landscape, adventure is never far — yet the farmhouse always welcomes you back to comfort at the end of the day.
Milton of Drimmie feels like a place where time stretches, generations mix easily, and memories made here shape the stories your family will tell for years. It is Highland comfort in its truest sense — warm, spacious, grounded in nature and designed for togetherness.

We had a wonderful stay for a big family gathering, the house and gardens are beautiful, well kept and spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with crockery and things for big groups, and the host was extremely helpful with any queries.
Great weekend for the family celebrating my 70th Birthday. Lovely house, amazing views and the hosts were very responsive when needed.

Wonderful weekend away with 13 friends to this impressive property in the most idyllic setting. Bedrooms and bathrooms extremely clean, crisp and met every need. Social areas spacious enough to accommodate large groups comfortably and were equipped with more than enough seating etc to meet our needs. Cooking and eating area also very well equipped with enough kitchenware to meet every need and more. Garden area is just beautiful with a good social set up. Host was extremely helpful and accommodating. There was a mixup with our booking but Noeleen couldn't have been more accommodating in the solutions she offered and provided. Would recommend staying here 100%. If I could give one bit of advice to people staying I would suggest getting up before anyone else and sitting outside in silence with a coffee listening to the birds and sound of nature waking up for the day... Absolute bliss!
Had an absolutely great time with our group of friends. The house and garden were immaculate and we really appreciated all the space for games (highly recommend a game of sardines)!
Other than a plethora of flies upon our arrival (quickly dispatched by my sons), all was wonderful, with a new coffee maker! Really rough roads surrounding the location, but after all, it is rural Scotland! Great location for accessing a fair assortment of historical sites.
The house was perfect to celebrate a big birthday with our whole family. So much space, excellent facilities, lovely beds and bedding and very comfortable indeed. Would absolutely recommend this property!
An attractive property in a wonderful location.
Perfect for groups who enjoy the outdoors and like a secluded, rural location.
Fixtures and fittings were great and we had almost everything we needed
Very good. The weather was great which allowed us to eat out every night.
Very well equipped kitchen, a pleasure to use.. Lots of space outside which gave the children freedom to play safely.
Noeleen was a dream to communicate with, cannot fault the professionalism. The house lives up to advertised information by a mile. I really can’t rate this booking high enough, you will not be disappointed.
Wow! What a beautiful house! We have just enjoyed an amazing week here whilst skiing in Glenshee. The house had everything we needed and was lovely and spacious. The hosts were always quick to respond to messages and answer any questions. Can't recommend this place or the hosts highly enough.

Lovely Blairgowrie Getaway
The property was exactly how it seemed advertised and more. The kitchen and living area is much bigger than it seems in the photos and we absolutely loved the conservatory for eating as a big group. So much attention to detail had been made. The kitchen was also super well equipped. Overall, a lovely stay in a gorgeous property that made our stay memorable. The property didn't seem too small even for a group of 14!

What makes this property unique
CORONAVIRUS RESTRICTIONS:
The government released further guidance from 10th July 2020 that indoor gatherings should be limited to 8 people and a maximum of 3 households and outdoor gatherings should be limited to 15 people and 5 households. To ensure that any party staying does not breach these guidelines, we will be putting the following measures in place at Milton of Drimmie farmhouse:
o Requesting confirmation of the number of guests and households as well as names, addresses and contact number for all guests. Please provide this information by return. o Attending the property over the course of a stay to ‘spot check’ the number of guests and that social distancing guidelines are being adhered to. o Separating the farmhouse into two self-contained units for parties over 3 households. Please note this will mean that one unit will have a ‘temporary’ kitchen set up in the boot/utility room however all guests will be able to utilise the main kitchen area provided social distancing/hygiene/indoor gathering guidelines are adhered to. o Providing an ‘outdoor dining’ space in order that the full party can meet safely outside. We will have tables/benches set up and will have gazebos and firepit/brazier for your use during your stay.
