This Platinum residence offers vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, an upgraded chef’s kitchen, two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, one with a king size bed, the second with a queen size bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds. Additional features include a loft with two twin beds and ensuite bathroom, ceiling fans, a washer/dryer, covered parking for one vehicle and access to a private ski locker room.

Guests will appreciate views of the Kiva pool and hills from the deck, as well as the convenience of being steps from a skiway that provides easy ski-in, ski-out access. Additional property amenities include a complimentary shuttle service, a year-round pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, BBQ grills, and an outdoor gas fire pit overlooking Beaver Creek. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

Great family vacation

It was a great property. We enjoyed the condo very much. The staff on property was excellent! There were a few things that weren’t perfect - no toaster, fans not available in every bedroom, and the bed arrangement not being the best for two young adult children. We knew about the bed arrangement going in, so that was expected. But I would have expected a toaster and fans available for all bedrooms in the summer. With the windows open we got the breeze but also the conversation of our neighbors and the scent of their smoking.

Typically in summertime the days are warm & nights are crisp so open windows cool down a home wonderfully but we appreciate your suggestion on additional fans.
