This amazing villa is situated in the wonderful Indigo Bay, Sint Maarten (Dutch side), in the heart of the St Maarten tropical hot spot. One of over 30 island beaches is in our bay and is just a short walk below the villa.

Generator - SXM experiences power outages. An automatic transfer switch generator limits power outages to 30 seconds. As needed, the entire villa can be powered by the generator.

Ocean Breeze is a luxury villa with a comfortable modern flare. The stunning Caribbean Sea is just below us, offering spectacular views of the island of Saba and several other islands you can see on a clear day in the distance. The beach is a 5-minute walk down the hill, with plenty of public parking. The beach here seldom has a crowd - so enjoy the intimacy of Indigo Bay Beach.

We have two private master bedrooms, each with king-size beds. Both bedrooms have ocean-view balconies and en-suite bathrooms. The two suites are almost identical in size, layout, and amenities - if two couples, both will get the same experience.

The private pool makes this a refreshing oasis to enjoy from the first moment you arrive. A fun day at the beach is only made better when you return to Ocean Breeze to relax for the rest of the day. You will enjoy sitting back and relaxing as cruise ships and other marine traffic quietly pass in the distance.

Ocean Breeze is located three miles from the Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) towards Sint Maarten's capital city, Philipsburg. The villa design is two luxury master bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom and both with ocean-view balconies. The villa is two levels with living areas downstairs that open to the outside pool area with large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. Bedrooms are located on the entry-level of the villa. Ocean Breeze is located in Indigo Bay Estates, Cay Bay (now known as Indigo Bay), between the Dutch capital city of Philipsburg and the airport.

The gourmet kitchen in the main living area will stand up to all serious food lovers and chefs. The nine-foot sliding doors bring the spectacular outside, inside. Our private pool is cool and refreshing; you are sure to enjoy every minute of your vacation. Take in the full ocean view while enjoying a nice bottle of wine.

Sint Maarten is located on the Dutch side of the beautiful two-island nation. You seamlessly move across the open border with Saint Martin (French) to the north and Sint Maarten (Dutch) to the south. The breathtaking ocean views just below allow for perfect relaxation to enjoy every minute of your vacation. It’s a short walk down the paved road to the beach and restaurant/bar below. A fantastic thing about Ocean Breeze is Indigo Bay. It is a gated community located above the ocean channel to the port. Watching the cruise ships and other marine traffic never gets old; you sit back and enjoy the view.

The backyard private pool area overlooks the sea and truly separates Ocean Breeze from other island properties; this spacious area with outside dining is great and offers privacy for an enjoyable stay.

The tall courtyard walls enclose the area, making it an oasis where you can tan and relax in privacy.

If you enjoy preparing a good meal, we have a great kitchen with modern appliances, including an induction stove. There is a small wine refrigerator and all the kitchen accessories you need. Dinners served outside by the pool are guaranteed to create special memories.

We also have the best internet on the island, as Indigo Bay is one of the few areas with fiber for fast-speed connectivity.

Year-round, temperatures range from the mid-seventies in the evenings to the mid-eighties during the day -- year-round; however, air-conditioning is provided. Benefits over other Caribbean islands include driving on the right side of the road, English being the predominant language on the island, and the US dollar being the predominant currency even though Euros and NAF (“Netherlands Antillean Guilder”) are the official currencies. The Dutch side of the island benefits from having the US 110-volt electricity. Several major airline carriers have many daily flights.
