About this property

Newly remodeled villa with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and beautiful hardwood floors. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and Smart TV’s and 2 full bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen, large dining table, very comfortable living room with 55’ Smart TV and a relaxing breezy patio. Wi-fi is available in the villa. In Villa-Washer/Dryer provided. Beautiful secluded beach is a short 10 minute walk on the boardwalk through a nature filled marsh or take the complimentary resort shuttle. The resort has plenty of amenities for everyone to enjoy. 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool with large hot-tub, and kiddie pool. 6 tennis courts, exercise room, running track, sauna, wi-fi cafe, deli/bar/gift shop located at the large outdoor pool and Coco's Tiki Bar on the beach.

All linens and bath/kitchen towels will be provided, just bring your beach towels. We have a beach cart and tennis rackets for your use.

We are located in building 3 on the 3rd floor just steps away from the indoor pool.
Hilton Head Resort is a gated community with 24 hour security and is located mid-island, next to Palmetto Dunes Golf Course and great restaurants and shopping. So much to do on the island: wakeboarding, kayaking, fishing charters, dolphin tours, eco-tours, biking, horseback riding, and boat rentals. Off island: Savannah 45 minute drive, Tanger Outlets 15 minute drive, Charleston 2 hour drive, Parris Island 50 minutes.

Perfect Place

This property was perfect for our stay. Great location, beautiful inside, and very clean. The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room topped it all off.

Would definitely stay again

This is our 2nd time staying at HH Resort. We love the location. Great beach access and soo many other amenities. This time we stayed in building 2. Can't go wrong with this corner villa. Great location. So much natural light. Kitchen was perfect. Loved the breakfast bar and coffee bar too. Very sturdy bunk beds. Overall, really think highly of this property.

Awesome location, close to beach and restaurants.

Great condo. Building was confusing with entrance to units, should be more signs. Found candy/chocolate wrappers in couches and chairs. Bunk bed mattresses were incredibly squeaky when trying to flip slides while sleeping. Love the updated feel of the kitchen. Great coffee/bar area. Beautiful decor.

In love with Hilton Head

This property was better than expected!! Very clean and spacious with extra natural light being an end unit. The only negative was the hot tub was not in service 2 1/2 of the days we were there. I would definitely choose this condo again!
