Al Mare 6 - Easy Walk to the Beach and Air-con
This modern unit is in a great location being just a couple of minutes flat walk to the beach. Recently updated and quality soft furnishings throughout. The perfect place to chill out after a morning at the beach. There is also access through the park from the back gate.

Bedroom one has a queen size bed with ensuite and bedroom two has a cantilever - double with a single on the top as well as a single bed. All linen is supplied. Fans are also in both bedrooms.
Open plan kitchen dining and lounge room. Lovely little courtyard for those afternoon drinks after the beach.
There is a tandem garage for your security as well.
Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique 'Indie Films' to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
