Beautifully decorated condo

We had a cancelled cruise so I searched for a last minute rental in Siesta Key and found this property. It was very nicely decorated and well appointed with everything we needed. With the exception of cleaning supplies. A bottle of a spray cleaner would have been helpful. I knew this ahead of time luckily and since we were flying, I did pack some disinfecting wipes. Also, no laundry detergent. Again , I knew ahead of time and packed Breezo laundry strips as we did do two small loads while there. We had a problem figuring out the dryer so it would stay on and also had to figure out how to turn on the heat (it was cold while we were there and they had a Nest system which we had never used before). I ended up YouTubing both for instructions. Condo is within walking distance (although probably a long walk for some ) to a few restaurants around Captain Kurt’s area. Only a short drive or trolley ride to village. Property had a nice sitting area on other side of road to see the river side. We walked down there one day and watched a few boats and also saw a dolphin! Nice heated pool . There was another pool up by office too. The property was 3 stories up but was considered first floor. The only improvement I might consider is the outside open hallway and door frame around laundry/trash chute area was in desperate need of painting. Also , our entry door looked wonderful but I thought it odd that everyone had a different kind of entry door. Some looked very run down Very well managed property

Relaxing beach week

Awesome stay in unit 109 at Horizon West in Siesta Key. The unit is updated and has everything you could possibly need.... do bring your own beach towels though- they even have beach chairs an umbrella and small ice chest to use during your visit. It was very very clean too! We really appreciated the snacks and personal note from the owners- this property was top notch for a couple to recharge and relax!

Perfect location, well appointed and unbelievable views!

Stress free beach living at it's finest. Horizon West is a great location with private beach, easy walk to downtown and miles of beach to walk/jog. See the sunset right from your window, from the pool/hot tub or with your feet in the white powder sand. Would recommend this condo to anyone.
