Affordable Bay side Duplex (1st Fr) Surf City 140236
Immaculate inside and out. This classic cottage is located on 12th Street, a well sought after wide street in the heart of Surf City. A short walk to the beach, shops and various activities Surf City has to offer. Fenced in rear yard. No smoking in house. No pets. 4 beach badges are provided by the owner for tenant use as a courtesy. Tenant(s) will be responsible for the replacement of any lost/missing badges. Surf City is a great family community and for all those Jan and Dean fans, do you remember the song -- Going to "Surf City"--- CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS
