Immaculate inside and out. This classic cottage is located on 12th Street, a well sought after wide street in the heart of Surf City. A short walk to the beach, shops and various activities Surf City has to offer. Fenced in rear yard. No smoking in house. No pets. 4 beach badges are provided by the owner for tenant use as a courtesy. Tenant(s) will be responsible for the replacement of any lost/missing badges. Surf City is a great family community and for all those Jan and Dean fans, do you remember the song -- Going to "Surf City"---

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS , NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS

Lovely time in a lovely place

We loved staying here! It was enough space for my partner and I to stay so we could have a vacation. It was spatious enough and had good enough internet that my husband was able to work remotely in the house while I could do my own thing in the rooms without bothering one another. The only issue was the bathtub had no plug so it only functioned as a shower, and it had drainage issues. The house was near so many great shops & is in an excellent location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The downstairs neighbor (who rents the place every summer) is super kind and friendly too.

immaculately clean and comfortable in central location

The property is immaculate and comfortable, had a terrific outdoor shower and we felt safe locking our bikes outside. Easy walk to the shops/restaurants on LBI boulevard and to the beach (3 blocks) with the bay only 1-1/2 blocks. GREAT area for bike rides! We ate out often and rarely used the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the internet worked flawlessly. My only (minor!) regret was the TV was small and as a tennis buff, found it difficult to follow the ball when viewing the US OPEN tennis on that tv. The lower score for property mgt reflected that their general # did not have after hours answering service. 4* for location only because it wasn't oceanfront. In all, a GREAT WEEK and you will find this property clean, comfortable, safe and well located. Definitely recommended and would return!
