You have a single parking spot in front of 3315 garage, steps to the unit. There are also first come first serve guest spots throughout the complex. No boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs are permitted.

This very comfortable 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Quail Run condo is close to the gondola/base area. You can walk to skiing, restaurants and pubs but the complex is quiet, and situated off the main roads to give you a mountain getaway feel. You are steps away from the community hot tub and a small playground.

The unit itself is spacious, yet warm and cozy and has been updated with fabulous flooring, gorgeous countertops and stainless appliances.

Kick back on the sectional and watch the big screen TV or warm up by the gas fireplace. Access the private patio with seating and your own BBQ grill.

The open living area also includes the updated fully stocked kitchen, dining table with 4 chairs and counter seating (3 bar stools), perfecting for eating, drinking, playing a game or breaking out the laptop. Combined with high speed Xfinity WiFi, this makes Quail Run 3315 perfect for your remote working needs.

The master suite offers a comfy queen bed and a private full bathroom.

Bedroom 2 also has a comfy queen bed.

There is another full bathroom in the hallway.

An air mattress is available upon request to comfortably sleep 6.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

Steamboat condo

We had a last minute change to our destination and found the property available for the time we needed and for a good daily rate. Good response from the management company on the details and check in process. We had more schedule changes before we checked in and needed to check in a day earlier and again, the property management was great with facilitating another day and setting it up. Condo was well appointed and had everything ready for us. Kitchen was very well stocked and functional for cooking meals. Beds were comfortable. One thing that would be helpful if there was a shovel available to shovel snow on the side walk and around our car. It snowed 18-24” our week and although there was a crew to clear it, there was ankle to shin deep snow on days that wasn’t cleared. The condo is .96 miles from the base, so a bit of a walk.

Great stay, very quiet

I had a great stay, it was very quiet. I do have a couple of recommendations, 1. Instructions for use of the remote controls. The living room had 3 remotes, without instructions. I figured it out but it was a little a little annoying. Also a list of channels available would have been helpful when I was looking for the WOMANS FIFA WORLD CUP SOCCER GAME . 2. The white shower curtain has brown stains across the bottom hem. 3. Unit still had a few Christmas decorations out and on the walls. 4. The igniter on the bbq wasn’t working. Was able to work around that issue. Great stay. Thank you for the opportunity for feedback. Barbara

Perfect for skiing

The property was nice, clean and very cute! The hot tub is super close to the apartment and the bus stop for skiing is super close as well. It was a great stay, definitely recommend!

A great place to call home!

We loved staying in this unit and hope to come back next summer! The unit is very well equipped and has everything you need for a short (or in our case, long!) stay. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had more than everything you'd want for home cooked meals. In-unit laundry was also a godsend. The condo faces a spacious grassy area and is very quiet and feels "secluded" even though you're in a complex. The only odd thing is there is no coffee table which is a little awkward for TV watching, having guests over, etc. We also loved the entire iTrip Propery Management team. They were a dream to work with and super responsive to the couple of small things that went "wrong" during our stay (clogged tub, broken door lock). We would 100% rent through them again!
