4/2 Honeysuckle Grove, Silverleaves - short stroll to cafe and beach

Located in beautiful Silverleaves, only a short stroll to local cafe and walking track to the beach, Silverleaves is the most family friendly beach on Phillip Island, it is North Facing and it will take approx. 15 minutes walk along the beach to Cowes main shopping area.

Inside the unit is quite spacious, sunny and clean it is freshly painted with comfortable sofa, flat screen tv and dvd player. There is portable electric heating and fans.

The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking a medium sized fridge and a microwave, the kitchen is fully self-contained with ample pots and pans, cutlery and crockery.

A central dining table completes the amenities. There are two bedrooms and the bathroom is combined with the laundry where there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, laundry trough, wash basin, shower and toilet. There is a lovely deck at the front of the property with room to sit in the sun and relax.

This is a lovely unit suitable for a couple or small family in a great location perfect for family holidays, weekend getaways, or as a base for track events. There is room for two cars parking off the street at the front of the property.

Moto Gp is a 7 night minimum! Linen is supplied for World Superbikes and Motogp only.

Linen is supplied for all bookings, Towels not included. These can be hired from south coast laundry service.

Cosy stay

Great little spot with a general store on the corner. Perfect house for a few friends or couples. On a block with 3 other houses with adjoining backyard (washing line area). Short drive to Main Street. The couch *just* fits 4 adults, isn’t too comfy to sit on for long stretches. This place was acceptably clean - a few spiderwebs and dust around, but perfectly manageable. Beautiful little spot, quiet and out of the way, easy check-in and check-out, friendly and helpful management. Definitely not a luxury resort, but a great getaway place!

Never Again

My family was meant to stay for 3 nights but we decided to checkout after a night (if we found somewhere to stay that night we are going to leave straight away) and stay. The house appearance is great but the cleanliness is Poor. The bed and pillows smells like dust ants crawling by the window and spider in the shower. We wrote a message to the property manager and complaint about the experience we are told that an assigned property manager will get back to us but we never recieve any form of communication... 1 star is just not worth for this experience.

Beautiful location.

This is an older style property, nicely painted and furnished in a fantastic, quiet location, very close to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed.
