Beautiful spacious pet friendly home next to the ocean
The main living is on the top floor with open plan living and kitchen area, there is gas heating as well as a split system heating and cooling unit, comfortable sofas and a tv and DVD player, the main lounge has sliding doors opening on to the large deck. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking and a microwave and there is a central dining table.
The deck has a gas BBQ and seating and a table perfect for BBQs out on the deck. The queen bedroom and the two double bedrooms are all on the top floor The queen bedroom has an ensuite with a shower and basin there is a family bathroom upstairs with a separate toilet.
Downstairs has the 2 bunk rooms and a large rumpus room for the kids to hang out. The laundry has a washing machine and there is a second toilet and shower downstairs, totalling 3 showers and 2 toilets catering for big family gatherings.
The property is fully fenced with ample off-street parking and the family pet is welcome too but must remain outside at all times (conditions apply).

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
