A wonderful combination of spectacular views, direct and easy access to pristine beaches and quality accommodation, Ocean 2 Bay View beach house is the perfect place to relax and just take it all in.

This modern 4 bedroom, 2 living area house has unrivalled views of the ocean coast from Forest Caves to Cape Woolamai and then back to Pyramid Rock and Smiths Beach. And if you ever tire of these, then turn your gaze to the Bay and views of Swan Bay and Churchill Island.

Set on one of the highest points on Phillip Island but only metres to one of its most pristine beaches, Ocean 2 Bay Views beach house is the perfect beach house getaway for one or two families or one or two couples.

The spacious upstairs living, dining and kitchen area lets you take in the views whatever conditions are like outside, while the large wrap around deck lets you follow the sun, or shade, around the house and really take in the Island atmosphere.

Ocean 2 Bay Views beach house is an all year round relaxing holiday escape with the enclosed wood burning heater ensuring that the seaside ambience and warmth is felt even during the coldest winter days.

What more could you want?

The main living area invites you to stretch out, relax and enjoy the views and setting. The dining table can seat 10 and lets you enjoy the views over breakfast, lunch and dinner. A 140cm TV, DVD player and stereo cater for your entertainment needs. The house has wifi NBN internet

The large master bedroom is on the upper level and has incredible ocean views through the Surf Beach sand dunes to Surf Beach and all the way down the coast to the Phillip Island MotoGP track. It has its own private deck to take in those magnificent Island sunsets, or to get away from the kids. Another bedroom is on this level with a duo bunk bed.

The second living area on the lower level has a TV, Apple TV and DVD player. The other two bedrooms are on this level - one queen and one with duo bunk.

Just outside the back door is an outdoor shower to rinse off after the short walk back from the beach.

Guests are required to provide own linen (ex MOTOGP) including sheets, pillow cases and towels

The house sleeps 10 but is generally not suitable for groups of adults larger than 6 or 7

The house is not available for 'schoolies' bookings or parties.

We had an excellent stay and very much enjoyed the wonderful ocean views from every room. House is perfectly located as it avoid the crowds of the busier parts of the island, yet it is very close to the beach. The house is very spacious and accommodated all our needs perfectly.

This property will not let you down. It is everything it says it is in the listing. Views from every window, clean and comfortable, with everything you need. Weather wasn't on our side but it really didn't matter as just chilling inside cosy and warm with the lovely views was enough. Also location was central to everything. Just what we needed.

Perfect set-up, amazing location!

Fantastic set-up for two families - great house (photo’s do not do this place justice!) with plenty of living space, comfy beds, huge couch, well-equipped kitchen, fireplace and views to die for everywhere you look (worth getting up for sunrise!). Just a couple of minutes walk from a beautiful dog-friendly beach, really could not ask for more. Ken was also great to deal with, super easy entry and exit - looking forward to going back, highly recommend!

Great location. A few minutes walk to Surf Beach. Very spacious home perfect for large family or 2 families travelling together. Separate loungerooms upstairs and downstairs. Batheroms upstairs and downstairs. Very comfortable beds. Spactacular ocean views in the main living area upstairs and master bedroom.. Lovely spacious kitchen with coffee machine. And best of all dog friendly with high fences and spacious back yard.. We will be back.
