Come and stay in this beautiful modern home in Smiths Beach that offers the holiday maker so much and more. Free Wifi available at the property.

There are 5 bedrooms in the house with an upstairs balcony that is fully equipped for entertaining. The master is upstairs and has a queen bed with TV, en-suite with bath, shower, and toilet. Also upstairs is an additional room with a Queen bed together with ceiling fan.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen, has electric oven, cooktop, dishwasher, everything you need for a family meals together with a spacious living room with access to the upstairs balcony overlooking the newly landscaped backyard.

Located just off the upstairs living room, is the powder room to use without the need to venture downstairs. The floorboards are low maintenance too. The other 3 bedrooms are downstairs and all have carpet.
The main bathroom downstairs and has a bath, toilet and shower.

Located downstairs is the second living area with TV and setup to entertain the children while the adults are upstairs. There are split systems in both upstairs and downstairs living rooms and every bedroom is equipped with fans for those warm, summer nights. Also for your convenience is a spacious laundry with both front loader washing machine and dryer.

There is an outdoor setting on the deck to soak up the rays and enjoy a summer lunch or Bbq. The living area downstairs has access to the very private back garden area.

Long weekend

House is clean great location close to beach. House clean and 9 if us easily fit with our own space if needed. Bit disappointed no linen supplied and the quality of water from tap not great had a real taste to it. Take your own water.

Spacious place in a great location with everything a famiy needs

Very spacious, clean with all facilities a family needs. Only a shotrt walk to Smith Beach.

Awesome house, modern with plenty of space.

12 people (6 adults and 6 children) stayed at the property over Easter. Nice and modern, clean and spacious. Position was great with only 10mins (or less) walk to the Beach. Nice cafe only 2mins walk away as well that does great coffee. Heaps of plates and cutlery to suit large amount of people. Large backyard with trampoline and large deck for entertaining. Board games for the kids. It was a great place to relax and unwind with friends. As it is on the main road to the beach it does get a little busy and you can hear road noise with early morning surfers driving down to catch some waves but overall was a wonderful stay. Key pick up was easy enough at the Agent in Cowes, only 1 key though. Great stay and great place.

Happy Easter

We can not recommend this holiday rental enough! The property manager was great to deal with, which was a great start to our stress free holiday! The house was perfect for our two families and all the kids! Thank you to the owners for being so accommodating!! Only a short walk to Smiths Beach, and everything else was so close to us! Do not hesitate and book your family holiday ASAP!!

Recommend this house.

Great experience with very nice home from the viewing to the moving in date everything was smooth . Their homes are very clean, close to local shop and everywhere famous in Phillip Island.
