Great Easter getaway

We loved our time at Kokomo, and the best part was bringing our furry friends on holiday too! The house was in a great location, linen provided, and the Easter bunny had even visited before we arrived. We loved having plenty of bedrooms to fit our extended family- our daughter even commented that the bed was the most comfortable she had ever slept on while on holidays. Thank you for sharing your lovely home and for the extra touches.

Family Holiday

Our family had a wonderful stay, (6 adults) and two labradors. The house and grounds are very well equipped, and with extra little touches. It's very comfy with plenty of space for everyone, including doggos. I'm sure we will be back, and we can highly recommend the property. Owner Jason was very helpful and available to contact. We did have a power outage as the result of the severe storm, a couple more torches would be a good idea and to keep the peace, a dishwasher! Leanne and Mark

Very clean and well equipped home. Would recommend as a group booking.

Fantastic stay. Weather was ordinary at our stay but house was perfect to stay warm and enjoy our friends. Great secure yard for our dogs which was a real bonus. Would not hesitate recommending this property. Well informed on info on the house through the whole process. Thanks Jason.

☆☆☆☆☆Fantastic Family Getaway

Great location, immaculate cleaning, brand new facilities, quiet with water views and all the extras you wish for such as bbq, coffee machine, full size fridge, garden, plentry of car space, big tables amd outdoor meals area. Perfect for our big family including teenager, kids and infant. Lovely set up with 3 Bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, laundry upstairs and 2 bedrooms down stairs plus laundry and kitchen bathroom and an outdoor shower. Had a terrific Surf Lesson 2 mins down the road too! Great house for the family! Thanks to the owners, the extra mile very appreciated

Best place on the Island

We've stayed at numerous places in Philip Island over the last 15 years and this has by far been the best place. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fuss free stay with everything you can think of being provided. Totally a 5 star experience.
