Foreshore Escape Cowes #2 - short walk along the beach to Cowes main street

Comprising an open plan living / dining and kitchen. Sit back and enjoy a show on the flat screen tv or even a movie, perfect for keeping the kids entertained. Cook up a storm in the kitchen with electric appliances and microwave.

The unit has a split system for heating and cooling to keep everyone comfortable in summer and warm in winter.

The main bedroom has a Queen bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds. The combined bathroom and laundry has a shower, washing machine, iron & ironing board and there is a separate toilet.

The good sized front windows look out onto the native ti tree communal area that has wooden picnic setting and built in gas bbq. Each unit has a small private north facing deck.

Set on a huge block there are 2 identical units available for holiday rental next to each other with a private track through the ti tree to the beach. This would be a great location for an inexpensive family holiday or weekend away! Pets are welcome but please note there is no enclosed yard.

This is a great spot! Loved it. Walking distance to town, 1min walk to beach, fire pit! AWESOME

Will never book it again

Booked it for one night but couldn’t stay there for more than half an hour. Not clean at all. Stinks , dirty carpet, broken toilet , no water in laundry sink. Called manager about broken toilet and dirty carpet just after getting there. Her answer was that it is an old property and this is normal for this kind of property. Sh said she can try sending someone down there to check if they can fix it but cannot make any refund doesn’t matter what ever the reason is. We booked it for one night to enjoy, but not to show the handyman what needs to be fixed in the property. Worst experience ever.

Not clean but good communication

There's no sink in the bathroom. Just a shower, toilet, and the laundry sink. The linen was filthy. My son's pillow literally had a dirty streak down the middle. I sent photos to the property manager, but never heard back about it. The location is nice, right off the beach and the grill area was decent too. It's very overpriced for what you get.
