Spectacular renovated high end condo in Provincetown’s East End

Cleaning standards have been greatly enhanced to include high touch areas such as light switches, door knobs, appliance handles, etc. with trusted disinfectants and cleaners for our guest's safety and comfort. The condo is also stocked with these products for our tenants use.

This high end condo is a five minute walk from where the Boston ferries dock and is located across the street from the bay. Immersed in Provincentown’s hot dining and gallery district, this unique property is relaxing and private yet right in the heart of the excitement of the town.

Just minutes from the MacMillian Pier, this 1,100 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor unit was completely renovated in 2016. It features an open floor plan with a fully equipped gourmet modern kitchen, dining and living area with gas fireplace and 48” HD Smart TV and custom light fixtures. Hardwood floors and 9 foot ceilings, central air/heat, full size washer/dryer complete the modern offerings to this old world gem. A private outdoor retreat with yard and brick paver patio nestled off the back of the condo is equipped with a gas grill and patio furniture, ideal for relaxing and entertaining.

The two bedrooms are situated on opposite sides of this spacious condo offering privacy. The main bedroom features a queen bed with access to the private patio and an en suite bathroom with rain showerhead and hand held attachment. The second bedroom features a queen bed and has access to the second bathroom featuring large walk-in shower with rain showerhead. Parking included.

This is on the east end, away from the noise, but convenient to everything. While we do not eat any meals at the condo, it is nice to have a full refrigerator (for happy hour) and a nice private deck in back for relaxing. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are very luxurious, so nobody feels like they are getting second best.

Fantastic Accommodations!

4 good old friends (everyone over 65) spent Women’s Week here and it was perfect. The condo is beautiful and well-equipped. It is on the East End - the perfect part of town in that it is a bit quieter but still within an easy walk of everything you want to do in P’Town. Highly recommend and we’ll stay here again and again!

Summer retreat

My partner and I took Up residence for two weeks. We found our time at home to be restful and enjoyable. The amenities and comfort level are top-notch the location, highly desirable. Truly a Joy to spend a few weeks on the beach at this beautiful property.

Best Location and Wonderful Space!

This was a great property in a great location. Parking was easy in lot across the street provided by unit owner. Backyard is amazing and a real comfortable space to relax and enjoy a meal. Kitchen is fully modern and the overall space is well done, with the bathrooms all updated. Space felt large and roomy. Great stay!

Wonderfully appointed rental in the East End

The property is well appointed and beautiflly furnished. Close to it all we had a amazing stay. One of the features that sets it apart is by far the outdoor space in back, a private getaway is the perfect place to enjoy a meal, beverage of your choice or just relax with a good book. Hosts were great communicators and the check-in/ check -out process was seamless. This really is a gem in Ptown.

Perfect location

The property was centrally located just east, on a quieter part of commercial street. The property was very clean, updated, and huge, with a large kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms was perfect for 2 couples. We had a chance to meet the hosts, and they were lovely. The outdoor patio in the rear was a nice bonus! I hope to book again in the future!

Perfect location

The condo is in the perfect location, right on Commercial St., but still peaceful and quiet. Step out the door and stroll to all the restaurants, shops, piers, etc. The condo has been beautifully remodeled, everything is clean and modern and well furnished. The owners respond quickly to questions. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderfully appointed place that is very convienent to all of the great things in P-Town. We generally like to prepare a few meals when traveling. This kitchen is a dream. This place is very nice, comfy and spacious. Everyone was very responsive to any needs we had. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect home base for a week in Ptown

Great space and flow. Perfect for 3-4 people. Loved the back garden area which is the best of any of our rentals to date. Included all the amenities. Well stocked kitchen. We very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again.

Exceptional Provincetown property!

This was my second booking at this property and I absolutely love it. Perfect location. Perfect size.

A couple friends and I rent a place in Ptown a few times a year, and this was by far the best one we’ve stayed at. We were there for three nights during Spooky Bear, and having such a central location was perfect for all the events. The check-in process was simple, the parking space is literally just around the corner, and the owners were communicative and gave me a call just to confirm everything the day before. Best of all, the place is stunning and impeccably kept, spacious, and has plenty of separation with the bedrooms on either side of the unit. Will definitely be booking again.

Perfection

This is probably the nicest rental I have experienced in my 20 years of coming to PTown. It is perfect for two couples (or in our case one couple and a friend) as the bedrooms are very removed from one another. The place is beautifully done in adult, modern, comfortable furnishings. Being on Commercial Street was actually very nice. It gets quiet pretty quickly in the evening, and is never loud. It sits in the East End, but not too far, so you can get to Tea without too much walking. I wasn't sure how the parking would work across the street, but the staff at the lot were a delight and it was super easy to come and go as we needed. We'll be back for sure.
