Come enjoy the Spring and Summer in one of the largest units at the Village of Loon!

Well-equipped, large, sunny condo with everything you need to enjoy your time in the White Mountains! This beautiful mountain home is located in the Village of Loon, directly across from Loon Mountain and minutes from downtown Lincoln. Within minutes you can enjoy zip lining, hiking, swimming, mini-golf, ropes courses, a water park, gondola rides and more! A pass to the Village club is included for guests which provides access to indoor and outdoor pools, a small gym and tennis courts!

We have everything for the whole family!

Just a flat rate, cleaning fee, NH Taxes and a refundable security deposit. No miscellaneous fees for health club access, etc. Homeaway/VRBO sets and gets the booking fee.

Comfortable, well equipped and spacious

The property has everything you need. We opted to cook in often because it was a holiday weekend and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Being able to use the pool and hot tub after a long day of hiking was a nice bonus. The home is tastefully decorated and the master bed was particularly comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I were in the area.

Spacious and clean House!

This stay was amazing! Firstly, the owners (Rachel) were the most incredible. The answered any email or question in minutes. And they went out of their way to be so nice. The condo is much bigger then we imagined. It has tons of living space. Very clean. Would come again.

Spacious house with great fall views from the windows

We had a very comfortable stay and the owner Rachel was very nice to have to us check in earlier and check out later as they had 2 days gap between the reservations. The property is located so close to Lincoln and start of kancamagus Highway. We enjoyed the fall drive along Kancamagus HWy , hiked the sabbaday falls , beautiful and easy one with my lil ones and grandma . Enjoyed the lower falls . It was a good trip

Simply Fabulous!

We were so impressed with the condo. There was SO much room, way more than we were expecting. It was open, light and very clean. The owners were so helpful and responsive. The place was very well stocked with everything we needed, and the location can't be beat. Biking, hiking, swimming, skiing, and so much more is very easily accessible. We had a great time and would return in a heartbeat.

Wonderful, spacious apartment.

Apartment has plenty of space, with cathedral ceilings throughout. Rachel was fantastic in responding to e-mails and accomodating our wishes. Swimming pool on the apartment complex needs a renovation.

Excellent location and property

We were a total of 9 (5-adults/4-children) and not only did the property fit us comfortably but there was still plenty of room for more. The owner was extremely helpful and responded quickly to all questions or concerns we had. If you're a looking to visit the White Mountains you cannot bit this location/property!

Fabulous location!

Fantastic Loon condo, great location!

We rented this condo during ski season last year and absolutely loved it. It was super spacious, and easily accommodated our two families (a total of 10 people). The location could not be better, because it’s right across the street from the ski mountain, and the shuttle bus stops right in front of the condo every 15 minutes or so. Rachel and Peter, the owners, are incredibly gracious and eager to keep their renters happy! We would absolutely rent from them again!
