We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces.

Everyone loves this 'Sleeps-4 in Beds' 1 bedroom condo featuring 2 scrumptious Queen Beds and a sleeper sofa. Very comfortably furnished with lazy chair and sofa with love seat, 1103 has 2 TV's if you choose to watch.Most guests prefer the gorgeous view, especially the view of our colorful sunsets: will the sky be pastel this evening or feature its tempest side of fiery reds and yellows?

Both long-term guests and short-term vacationers have taken advantage of all that is offered in this fully furnished condo.

Located near the Coliseum, casinos, golfing, fishing, and shopping, you can in just a minute be doing your favorite vacation entertainment. Lots of local restaurants are located within 1 mile in either direction. The pool area is beautiful and overlooks the Gulf waters. You can see Cat Island's beach from the balcony! Or, you can simply enjoy our sugar-white sand beach that stretches for over 26 miles!

This is a super nice 1 bedroom condo with great beach view from the 11th floor and it sleeps 4 in 2 queen beds and a full-size sleeper sofa! It is a hidden gem in that not everyone realizes the sleeping potential it has. Plus, the two balconies give a great view of the setting sun over the gulf waters, making the sky turn into a gorgeous, colorful painting. This is a pretty condo with a gorgeous view of the beach, gulf, sky, and with a dash of island view thrown in! A rare 1 bedroom that will sleep 4 in 2 queen beds and a couch, if needed, it meets the needs of many guests. One of our more popular condos, it rents early for special events. Great weekend get away!

We really enjoyed the location and the property was very nice and clean. Secure and easy to access. The pool area is very nice a little small pool and the chairs appear limited due to covid but we managed well. Really great access to beach across street has light right beside the location.

The beach status should be disclaimed, it was terrible. No waves, dark , dirty. We drove every day to Florida (perdido key, dauphin island) to really experience the beach.

Visitors liken our water to that of the Atlantic Coast, but without the body-beating large waves. We do have gorgeous blue water and large waves at the islands just off-shore where you can experience a peaceful day away from crowds at these islands which are a part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore. They are kept pristine, and Ship Island features the historic Fort Massachusetts, a Civil War fort used by both the North and the South.

There is not any water park feature at this location although the pictures & a few reviews lead you to believe there is, there’s not. Bring your own toiletries, including toilet paper. I’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t have toilet paper. Parking garage is only for small compact vehicles not large SUVs or trucks. The condo was nice enough but the beds were horrible. You could feel the springs. Way over priced for what you get. We do not recommend it.

Loved the condo! Very clean! Wished the balcony doors had a curtain instead of blinds. It was difficult to raise them or just walk behind them to enjoy balcony. Parking in garage was too small for our vehicle. We came in a truck and it stuck out too far. We had to park too far down onto the property. These were our two issues but we loved our stay in the condo!

Patricia, thank you for the review! We all strive to provide the perfect vacation location for each guest. Your husband and I had discussed the truck maybe not fitting when he made the reservation. Some trucks are on the large size when the parking spots were allotted more for sedans which are smaller. I am glad you took advantage of the plentiful exterior parking. We try to keep the shades up on the balcony doors so it is easier to go in and out. Isn't that view from the balconies superior?? It is so relaxing to watch the sunset and the moon reflecting on the water. We hope you return for another quick weekend!

Lovely Condo just need a little communication

We had a wonderful time staying in Biloxi. The condo was very nice and perfect for 2 people. The view was beautiful we had 2 balconies but was missing a handle on the sliding door on one and the blind on the other in the bedroom was broke. We called the managers about these items right away but never heard anything back about repairs. There were really limited directions for the TV and on what needed to be done while we were there and what directions there were, were on the side of the frig. ( we didn't find them for a couple of days) it also would have been nice to have some staples. Salt, pepper, enough coffee to last the week, extra toilet paper, etc. We had to go out and buy our own and then leave the rest there when we left. In all it was a great stay. These are just some suggestions to make the stay just that much better.

So happy you enjoyed the condo!! We do supply a starter set of TP, soaps, and items you might need your first night. Covid and the health department do. It allow any food items to remain. I know you understand! The door handle was ordered and the blind was a custom that had to be specifically made to order. I wish I could have had them for you while you were there! Wasn’t that 11th floor view gorgeous!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is not a waterpark feature like shown in the pics or mentioned in the reviews. They have a small pool, nothing fancy. We booked based on the water park b/c of our kids. Bring all of your toiletries, including TOILETPAPER. Yes, there was half a roll on the stand and we assumed there was some in a cabinet. No, 10:30 at night Walmart run. We have never stayed anywhere that didn't supply toilet paper. There was no pan to cook in, only cooking sheets & baking pans. We ended up having to buy one. It's just not what we are use to. We stay in the VRBO to help save money on food costs and typically we choose places that have features for the kids. This property failed us all the way around. The beds are uncomfortable as well. We would not recommend nor would we stay at this place again.

Although we never directly spoke to anyone at the rental company (because there were no problems) I would highly recommend both the condo and them for anyone looking to stay in this area. The condo itself was immaculate and very spacious. We just loved having not one, but 2 balconies to enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf as well as sunsets and moonrises. Plus being able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy seeing the many cars go by during the Crusin the Coast was definitely a plus. The location was superb...very close to all the activities. We also took advantage of being right across the street from the Gulf and spent an afternoon just enjoying the beach, without having to drive there! It was also a plus having a washer and dryer to use in the condo itself, and the Refrigerator/Freeze had its own ice maker, which was very handy. The building itself has luggage carriers and shopping carts to use to bring all your belongings up to the condo, as well as a grilling area by the pool with nice propane grills. We also appreciated having an ice machine located in the garage area to fill our cooler with. Everything was very well planned out at this condo location.

You had an enjoyable vacation! We are so pleased you enjoyed this rare 1bedroom unit that can sleep 4 on 2 queen beds in the huge bedroom or 2 folks in that room with the 2 queens and 2 on the sleeper sofa in the living room! Or, you can put 3 people in the three separate beds — your choice. The only issue is you are limited to 4 people total! This one bedroom condo has more room than many 2 bedroom units! Plus, very few have 2 balconies that give you beach views 1 unit from the front!!! So many options to choose from!!! And, you still have that stunning view of the gorgeous beach, gulf waters, and distant islands. At night the lights along the boulevard look like diamonds on a necklace strung along the edge of the sand beach. Top that view off with the moonlight reflecting off the gentle waves, and you won’t want to leave the balcony! Hurry back for more time enjoying our Beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast!

That view from the 11th floor is stunning and the sunset is always stunning!! This is the best, largest 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds in the master and a sleeper in the living room. It only is allowed to have 4 folks total. We are so happy you had a great vacation!!
