Hollow Tree Farm - Peace and Quiet on 30 Acres right in Toowoomba

A unique fully renovated cabin positioned on 30 acres in suburban, Mount Lofty Toowoomba.

Peace and quiet with uninterrupted country views within a few minutes drive to all the Toowoomba amenities. 5 minutes from Fairholme, Toowoomba Grammar, St Vincent's hospital and the CBD.

The cabin has two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer and can accommodate up to five people.

Beautiful deck overlooking the horses in the paddocks. Large BBQ with outdoor furniture.

Master bedroom has a king bed, TV and air conditioning.

Second bedroom has a king single and double bunks.

New kitchenette and bathroom with washing machine/dryer. Additional TV in the lounge space.

There is lovely a deck with views to the east and a BBQ for those who enjoy the outdoors.

To access Hollowtree Farm you go over a grid at the front entrance where there is approximately 200metres of gravel road down to the cabin.

You are more than welcome to explore the picturesque 30 acres. Just be aware that we do have electric fences that keep our horses and cattle in.

To that back of the cabin we have a row citrus trees that you are welcome to help yourself to before the Cockatoos do.

Our farm is beside Jubilee park which is renowned for mountain bike riding and hiking trails.

Great family break

Very special getaway cottage

I stay at some lovely cottages around south east Queensland every year but Hollowtree Farm is my absolute favourite place now for a little solo retreat! Unbelievably comfortable and furnished to the highest standard and cleanliness was extraordinary, along with magnificent property manager - thanks Megan! Absolutely incredible place and view, with five star cottage to match. Thank you so much!

Property was as described in the listing. Access into and egress from was quite rough.The property was very comfortable, spacious for two, well set out and attractively decorated and thoughtfully fitted out. The deck was a delightful spot for pre dinner drinks and for observing the wallabies and various birds.The provision of some basic food items was much appreciated.Our main issue was that the Wifi was not accessible despite entering the provided details. I would recommend this property for people searching for a quiet, clean, comfortable stay.

A real gem

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, all furniture and fitting quite new and modern. Everything you could want to make your stay comfortable. Reverse cycle air-conditioner, washing machine and dryer, ironing board, coffee machine etc. There was muesli, mild and fresh bread for toast, butter and conserves plus a few pantry staples. The beds were so comfortable and a magnificent view. I’d love to stay again. Very helpful manager, lights and heating was on when I arrived late. Thanks so much. A great stay.
