This home has been off the rental market for the past several years and is newly available. Take advantage of discounted rates on this adorable and comfortable property! The Arlington Park neighborhood is a charming, highly desirable area in Sarasota. The house is located on a quiet street with plenty of privacy. One bedroom has a new queen sized bed. The second bedroom has twin over full bunk beds and there is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. The sunroom looks out onto the patio and backyard. Enjoy the comforts of this home while you explore all that Sarasota has to offer. Close to public tennis courts and pool (small fee). Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Fully fenced back yard.

Wonderful stay-

We were in town for business, but our stay in Sarasota was wonderful and we appreciated the cleanliness, responsiveness and hospitality of our host. Everything was as pictured and even though Hurricane Milton arrived during the middle of our stay, our host took care of everything promptly and was in contact with us during the whole time. This home is centrally located and close to restaurants, beaches and shopping. Highly recommend!

A peaceful vacation home

The property has an ideal location, near to all amenities and restaurants, just a short drive to the beaches, but situated within a quiet circle where the only noise is birdsong. The property is well presented and amply equipped (kitchen, bathroom), and has three good-size TV screens. It is above all a comfortable home and perfectly suited to easy vacation living. I felt at home the moment I walked through the front door.

Great home in nice neighborhood in Sarasota

Nice two bedroom home centrally located to beaches and major attractions in Sarasota. Very nice screened-in porch in back and fenced in yard in back as well. Neighborhood is quiet and very nice. Owner was very accommodating to our requests. Smaller bathroom and kitchen without a dishwasher. Larger bunk beds in second bedroom.

First visit to Sarasota

The home is located in Arlington Park, a nice well maintained quiet neighborhood perfect for walking. From there it is a short drive to beautiful public beaches, downtown restaurants and the Ed Smith Stadium (spring training home of the Baltimore Orioles). We travel with our e-bikes and put them to good use on the nearby Legacy trail. For pickle-ballers, there is a nice park along the way with several courts and multiple levels of play. All in all a very nice place to visit and we hope to return in the future. Two of our favorite stops were Yoders restaurant and the ice cream shop located in the Pinecraft neighborhood.

great house, short distance from Siesta Key Beach

Nice spacious house with nice upgrades, in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to great park for walking and includes a dog park.

Fairly nice

The trampoline was covered in debris, there's no dishwasher, and the beds make SO much noise when you move in them. New box springs are needed for the beds. Other than that, we had a nice stay. Cute little place. Decent location. Thanks.

Thanks for your review. I'm sorry you were not completely satisfied with your stay! The trampoline was not listed in the posting and is not regularly maintained. Unfortunately, this property does not have a dishwasher, and the posting does not list one. The beds have all been replaced. A new Saatva queen bed is now in the main bedroom and a full over full bunk bed is now in the second bedroom with comfortable innerspring futon mattresses. Thank you for leaving the property so clean! It is much appreciated.
