The fully-equipped laundry has a large washer and dryer. The huge secondary rumpus room has flat screen TV/DVD and loads of board games.

Upstairs the huge entertainers kitchen has every amenity for cooking and entertaining in style, along with 4th bedroom with own balcony access, adjacent full bathroom with toilet, massive living area with potbelly stove and separate gas fire, and wrap around balconies with views set high among the trees. There is a plumbed in large gas BBQ on the deck and multiple dining area options including large kitchen table, separate dining room, and outdoor eating area, all with views. Upstairs is fabulously open plan and tastefully complimented with chesterfield sofas, wooden floors, iPod dock and CD sound system, Large Flat screen (Smart) TV, DVD collection and access to online movies.

The attractive rear yard is fully enclosed with a verandah and all gardens are well-established with extensive herb garden and citrus trees, and provide privacy in addition to the very quiet location. Also located here is the hot outdoor shower and two washing lines (one under cover, one open air).

Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.
