The entry leads into a bright and airy lounge with a wood fireplace and large sectional sofa—perfect for relaxing evenings. This main living area also features a foosball table for some fun family competition and entertainment, making it a true social hub of the home.
Just beside, the dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar offer everything needed for shared meals and easy holiday living. Glass doors open to two separate alfresco zones: a front-facing space ideal for lounging and a rear BBQ area perfect for outdoor dining.
On the ground floor, the primary bedroom is a spacious retreat with a king bed, a large walk-through wardrobe, and a sleek private ensuite. Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
