Pool and community gym is only available during the leasing office hrs Mon-Friday 10am-5pm At the checking out, please remove all trash to the bins behind the building. Start a load of dirty towels or sheets or both. Remove all sheets from the beds and leave it near the washer.
Take trash out to the trash container behind the building. Guests asked to start a load of towels before checking out and remove used bed sheets and place them on the floor near the laundry. We collect $300 refundable security deposit. No smoking, No marijuana is allowed inside the building in any shape or form.
Primary Guest MUST be 21 or older to book, Sign Rental Agreement, & provide valid photo ID within 24 hrs of booking to Confirm your Reservation." 2nd Rule: Primary Guest Must be present during entire rental period. This was a great place to stay, It was very clean, had it own network access so was very secure. Loved that it has access to cable TV. The kitchen was very well stocked and you could almost anything you wanted. I would stay here again.
It was an ok place to stay that had been updated recently. Overall the condo was pretty clean and roomy. I probably should have spent a bit more to be in a cleaner more central area of the city. The complex is pretty decent but the neighborhood was a bit rougher than I expected.
The layout was great with the bedrooms on opposite sides. Just stay away from the Safeway grocery store!

Property was nice, clean, very large, well located, had a few issues with tvs and wifi was out for one night. We enjoyed our stay, and the host was responsive to our needs.
We enjoyed our stay. They were a few glitches such as a clogged tub, breaker blowing with all the ACs running. We had to buy a few things such as dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, which we stayed in many VRBO’s and never had to do that, but other than that, everything was great.

Nice upstairs condo in the Seattle suburb of Skyway, a quick 15 mins NE of SeaTac. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that it was upstairs with no elevator because two members of our party have trouble with stairs.
There is a Fred Meyer (Kroger) 6 mins away and a Walmart 7 mins away making it easy to stock up for your stay and get those things you forgot to pack.
The lovely Kubota Garden is a short drive away, Seward Park just north of that, and downtown Seattle is 30 minutes north of the condo.
The cool weather was a great break from the heat of Texas summer, but it was still great to have air conditioning in the condo.
One surprise was that, as environmentally conscious as Seattle is, the complex had no recycling, but that's not the host's fault.
One thing that was a strange surprise for us was that the road outside the complex appears to be a popular place for people to park overnight. Probably because parking is scarce in the Seattle area and their driveways are on a steep incline. So don't be put off by the eighteen-wheelers and cars and SUVs parallel parked along the road outside the condo complex.
Overall, the condo was comfy and clean, and we really appreciated having a second bathroom.

I appreciate the heads-up about the parking situation and the lack of recycling—it’s good to be aware of these things. Overall, it sounds like you had a positive stay!
We knew ahead of time that the neighborhood was rougher, but it was issues with the unit itself that drove us to leave and find alternative accommodations. The property was advertised as having air-conditioning. When we arrived (during a heatwave), we found 3 portable units in place, as well as several fans. If we ran all 3 units at once (or 2 units and a TV) the breaker tripped and had to be reset. The units and fans were coated in dust and triggered an asthma attack in one of my children within an hour of our arrival. The WiFi had no service the first day, and then when they provided another network name/password to join, it connected but dropped so often or was so slow that streaming was impossible. We never got to try the pool, there were no instructions for how to access it, no response from the host to our request for instructions on this, and by the time we found out from a leasing office staffer, they said we'd need to be out in 15 minutes as they were closing for the day. The unit was large and furniture appearance was consistent with the photos. Several of the chairs at the dining table were missing a crossbar - we did have any collapse, but they were less stable due to this.
