About this property

This large Water Oak villa is now on the rental market and has several new updates!

The Kitchen comes fully-equipped with the amenities of home while boasting all stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops. The Kitchen opens up to the all-new Dining Room with its seating for six. The Living Room has been updated with all-new beach contemporary furniture, flat screen TV and a Half Bath for guest's ease of use.

The Primary Bedroom is downstairs as well and features all-new furniture including a King bed, flat screen TV and en-suite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bath is nicely appointed with its granite vanity and large walk-in tiled shower.

Upstairs you'll find the two Guest Bedrooms. The first Guest Bedroom doubles as a second Primary Suite with its King bed, flat screen TV, a small private balcony, and an en-suite Guest Bathroom. The second Guest Bedroom contains a set of Twin Bunk Beds as well as a separate Queen-size bed, while having a slider to a small private balcony, flat screen TV and yet another en-suite Guest Bathroom.

Outside you'll be able to enjoy your private patio with a short walkway for direct pool access!

Excellent property in an excellent location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Hilton Head and I believe that a big part of it was this gorgeous house that we stayed in which was just like it is in the pictures. Not only does it look great, the amenities provided were excellent. The extra blankets, a full functional kitchen, the house layout - we appreciated it all. The house is located in a serene setting. It is very close to a common swimming pool but since it wasn’t warm enough, I didn’t see anyone in the pool. There is access to the beach available with a short walk, but we ended up driving to The Dunes House everyday to access it, which is a 2 min drive and has parking available. The complimentary 2 hour tennis/pickle ball sessions, golf range, convenience store, bike rental - all within the premises were awesome. Everything was well maintained and we loved the holiday decorations through the resort. The resort itself was located right in the middle of everything. Activities outside the resort were a short drive away. I cannot wait to come back for another HH holiday and stay at the same property.
