Incredible cabin and incredible location. Capri was very friendly, helped us get settled in, and started the firepit outside our cabin each night. Will definitely be back!

Thanks for visiting , so glad you enjoyed your visit !
Great property! Very neat to stay by the horses and trains. We weren’t woken up by the trains at all. Clean and decorated nicely. Can’t fly with bear spray so we left our two cans that are good till 12/2029. Thank you for a great time Capri and Shawn!
Beautiful tiny mountain cabin in the heart of Montana
This cabin was perfect for us! Well equipped with everything you’ll need right on a Montana horse ranch. Even the fire was ready for us when we arrived. We would recommend this property to anyone that is interested in visiting Glacier National Park.

Thanks so much for visiting, glad you enjoyed your stay!
Beautiful, well kept working ranch. Had everything you needed to relax and feel at home. Owners very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed being around all the animals and walking around the property. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect place to come back to after a long day of hiking.
We were surprised and amazed that our cabin was surrounded by all manners of farm animals. All of the animals were friendly and we enjoyed being immersed in this working farm. The location is both beautiful and functional, exactly halfway between West Glacier and East Glacier!
We had an incredible honeymoon in Montana and staying in this cabin was a huge part of that! We enjoyed being a bit further away from town and felt like we got the full Montana experience here. The owners, the folks that work at the ranch, horses, and dogs were wonderful!! Everyone was so friendly and we really enjoyed our half day horse back ride we booked through the outfitter. We will definitely be back in the future!
This place is absolutely amazing and beautiful
Capri greeted us, went over everything and then we enjoyed our time. The place was beautiful and the cabin was super clean and we felt like we were in a home away from home. I could go on and on. Great!!!!
We unfortunately got sick the first couple days of our stay and Capri and Shawn did a great job. Checked on us, brought us some water and electrolytes, etc. Great hosts and a unique spot since they are also an outfitter. Thanks Capri and Shawn!
We had a great time! We were welcomed immediately by Hoss who became our buddy while we were there! Owner was super friendly and very easy to work with. The accommodations were awesome! We had everything we needed and more! We felt the location was centrally located for our motorcycle travels to Glacier National Park. We highly recommend and we'll be back! Bill and Heather
This was a great little cabin for 2. It had a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, TV, and wifi. The setting was rustic. The only issue were the trains runnin day and night along the mountain behind the property. There are cows and horse, along with many friendly dogs. It was midway between West Glacier and Saint Mary...two main entrances to Glacier Park.
Our stay was great. The cabin is clean, cozy and warm. It's a great place to stay while in Montana. Good access to Glacier Park and they also offer a whole host of activities directly outside your door including rafting, horseback excursions and plenty of trails without making the drive to the park. Cell service is spotty all throughout the areas around the park, so make sure you get your directions all sorted before leaving the airport, etc.
Will definitely check availability for this property if I make it back to Glacier. Wonderful hosts. Thank you!

So nice to meet you, congratulations on finishing the Half Marathon ! Glad you enjoyed the cabin. Capri & Shawn
We loved staying at Shawn and Capri's tiny mountain cabin. I can't say enough about everyone there. We had the best vacation ever. Shawn and Capri are exceptional hosts. We loved talking with them and watching the roping practice in the evenings. We went on a horseback ride with Chance and he is an excellent guide and very personable. Loved all the dogs and everything about this experience. The cabin was absolutely perfect. Already looking to book next year's vacation.

Stay in Essex
Nice place, clean, easy check in. Property is placed among other homes of the host but everyone’s out of each others way. Not a huge deal but I do this was disclosed, maybe it was and I didn’t read well. The wifi is limited use due to it being via satellite. Other than that it’s a cool place with horses, good views, ext.
My husband and I loved staying here. It was clean, beautiful, and was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, and cutlery. The bathroom has plenty of towels and washcloths too. It took us a few tries to find it because it’s a little bit into the forest off of highway 2, but once we figured out we needed to turn at the Snowy Springs Outfitters sign it was easier to find. The cabin is far enough from the road that we never heard any traffic, and it’s about halfway between the East and West Glacier entrances (about an hour drive either direction). We definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to unplug for a while and just relax.
I was there for 4 days of solo hiking, and this was a great place to stay to access the south and east sides of GNP (within an hour or less of almost everything from Many Glacier south; 1.5 hours to Belly River). Capri, the host, was especially kind and helpful by keeping this cabin open later than usual to accommodate my travel dates (they usually winterize it mid-September). It was very well equipped and comfortable, and I even had the pleasure of hearing elk bugle on the surrounding ridges most evenings and mornings.

Everything you need except sleep
Capri has a beautiful place. It was spotless and had everything we needed for our Glacier National Park experience. Capri is very involved in her rentals which we admire. Only downside for us is there is a ACTIVE TRAIN SYSTEM that runs behind the house all day and all night. Both my wife and I are light sleepers and got little to no sleep the 3 nights we were there. If this would have been communicated in the write up, we would have not booked, but only for that reason. Again, Capri has a beautiful place, just be prepared to hear trains all day and night.
Capri, the host was great and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we could need including some extra blankets as the nights were getting cold. The cabin was about spotless at checkin and everything was in place that we could possibly need as we cooked all our meals.
Only about 25 minutes to the Two Medicine entrance of Glacier. Our experience was that the East side had more of what we were looking for so this location which is slightly closer to the east side was perfect.
Thanks Again Capri. Tell Rosie to stay away from those rocks!
We had a wonderful stay at Snowy Springs. The cabin was comfortable and there was plenty of room for 2 people. We enjoyed watching the horses and playing with friendly dogs. We also took a scenic horse ride there. The closest part of the park we could get to was Two Medicine, which was about 30 minutes. The East Gate to the Park was about an hour drive for us. Overall, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery in the area and the cabin was well stocked with kitchen supplies.
My husband and I stayed here for a week on our honeymoon and we couldn't have been more happy with our choice. Fairly close to all the Glacier gates, and if you want to stay closer there are plenty of hikes right in the area = no driving! The cabin is perfect for a couple, and has everything you need. There is also a grocery store in the town of East Glacier which is only about 20 minutes up the road--perfect for stocking up on most basic foodstuffs. We would highly highly recommend staying anywhere at Snowy Springs!
We enjoyed every second of our stay in the tiny cabin. Capri was a wonderful host and was so kind. I was interested in the history of the Empire Builder (the train) and Capri leant me her book, we used it as a guide for our adventure through the park!
She had everything you could need in the tiny cabin and more. The space was SO CLEAN and we felt comfortable the second we walked through the door. The property is beautiful and the horses and pups were an added bonus. We loved hanging out with Rosie and Rip, 2 of the dogs on property. We will absolutely book again when we are back in Glacier.
Don't miss out on this cabin! What a wonderful property. Surrounded by all nature and to get off the grid! This is the place to stay. Coinvent to West and East Glacier!
