Situated less than five miles from the racetrack, yet tucked away on two acres of woods in a small, upscale neighborhood. Custom-built house is about ten years old and fully loaded with discerning appliances and selections. All essentials included - bedding, towels, A/C, WiFi, cable, laundry, grill, etc....Perfect for large families - the home includes 3500 square feet of living space, four bedrooms upstairs and another queen bed in the fully finished basement. The basement is completely furnished with a full bath, and leads out to a fenced-in patio (with fire pit) and large back yard. It's ideal for entertaining a polished gathering. Fits a large family more than comfortably, but could accommodate up to 10 adults. This rental is truly a rare find and we hope you enjoy our personal family home during your stay in one of America's greatest small cities!

NOTE 1: We only rent to responsible adults and families. No large parties. No ridiculously loud groups. Full time residents (and friends) live next door and across the street. If you are coming to Saratoga for a bachelor/bachelorette party or a large group to straight up party, this is not the house for you.

NOTE 2: We have an amazing 75 lb dog and this is paradise for him. We realize it's ideal for dogs, and we're not against them, but we will also ask about details and make sure renters are responsible and their pets are well behaved and will not make a mess of our year-round personal home.
