The property was as described in the photos. The owner provided everything you need for a stay on the Cape. The location was good- very close to the superette grocery store and windmill in town.
This was perfect for us. Great location near the national seashore beaches, as well as bay beaches if you choose. The converted garage worked out very well, and place was clean with good amenities, fast and reliable internet. Use of bikes was a plus.
This house was super clean and organized and had so many amenities. We especially liked the garage turned into a family room for the kids! I was also able to stream on the tv my workouts so that was a plus! The yard was great for the kids to run around and play. The kids also explored the trails behind the house and the pond. It was the perfect size for two small families. I would stay here again and highly recommend!
We had an amazing stay at this very well maintained, clean, and fully stocked home. Lots of extras like laundry detergent, spices, paper plates, etc. Huge backyard made for fun cornhole and wiffle ball. Garage space was perfect for the young men in our family to hang out. Enjoyed watching Jaws on the big screen tv. Highly recommend this home!
My family and I had a wonderful stay! Very nice house and great location to access National seashore beaches and also shops in Orleans. Highly recommend this house
The owner has covered it all !!! I have rented many of properties but this one stands out. From a fully stocked kitchen down to laundry tablets and bug spray. If you forgot it they have it in the house. Very clean and spacious given its square footage. This ones a gem!!!!
Great property...Extremely clean, a lot of chairs and supplies provided for the beach. Great house would definitely stay here again. Loved the garage turned hangout area which got some much needed breezes. A lot of fans provided which helped during the hot weather. Only drawback was no AC. Which usually isn't an issue but we had some hot days. Great place to vacation with an awesome host
This house is very comfortable, clean and in great working order, as well as being well equipped with cookware, dishware, utensils and other standard household necessities. The host was prompt to respond to questions before and during our stay. The covered deck w/fan and large backyard were great for evening relaxing. Overall, the house was perfect for our family summer gathering.
This house is a delightful place to stay. The house is in very good condition with comfortable and attractive furnishings, fans in every room, and a very comfortable semi-covered back porch. The kitchen is well-furnished with upscale small appliances and cooking equipment, and the house was spotless when we arrived. This is our second summer renting this house, and we were very happy with it!
This house and lovely property and neighborhood was perfect for our family of 8 adults, two infants, and a dog. We loved having large enough lounge and dining seating for all of us both indoors and outdoors, as well as enjoyable lawn games! The location was very convenient to everything - kayaking, biking, nature trails, beaches, kettle ponds, Orleans, Wellfleet, Provincetown, restaurants, etc. We had a wonderful time, thanks to Bruce's suggestions and the best communication we've ever experienced from a host. Highly recommend!
Favorite house thus far staying on the Cape for 6 years now. Quiet property, house has everything we needed and extra supplies. We got a nice weather week so not having AC was not a big deal and there are multiple fans in every room if needed. Accessible to many towns on the Cape. Pet friendly was necessary for us and super clean. We would absolutely stay again. Bruce was quick to respond to any texts.
We had a wonderful week in Eastham. Bruce is a wonderful and communicative host. He was helpful in getting us in to the house as early as possible and responsive to any questions or concerns. The house was roomy and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable. The setting is beautiful. The only negative was that the temperatures were hot and the house has no A/C. The plentiful fans helped, but the house was often very warm.
This is probably the nicest house we have rented on the Cape, and we have been renting houses for years. The house is well-maintained and nicely furnished, and the back porch is a great place to hang out, with the overhead fan creating a nice breeze during the hot part of the day. We also really enjoyed exploring the woods behind the house and the salt marsh. Lots of egrets and herons roosting in the woods! We had unusually hot temps for our last 2 days there, which made the house a bit hot, but the room fans and ceiling fans helped. We look forward to coming again next year!
My family enjoyed themselves, close to all beaches. Walk down to the marshes, watched painters paint various views.
We enjoyed playing yard games and relaxing on the deck(s) when we were not busy being tourists.
Reserving and payment were quick and easy. Bruce was easy to contact and responsive to all communication. The house is excellent for a gathering of nine people. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking large meals and dining tables easily fit 10 people. A large yard and out building makes storing your bikes, boards and kayaks a snap. Wonderful place to stay.
We all had a wonderful experience and vacation at this beautiful house that had all the amenities we were looking for and more. It was a short ride to both of our favorite beaches, First Encounter and Nauset Light. Bruce was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had throughout our stay.

This property was everything we hoped for and more. The location in Eastham is convenient to beaches, restaurants, etc. and at the same time is very quiet and peaceful. The large yard was a favorite spot for our kids to hang out, and we loved the back porch and deck with beautiful views. Everything inside was clean, stylish and comfortable. The extra touches like beach chairs, toys and towels were also much appreciated. We will definitely be back!
We loved everything about this house. The location was fabulous. We walked on the trail from the house to Hemenway Landing every morning. What a gorgeous way to start the day. We had a great time enjoying the ocean beaches and bay beaches, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and eating at the amazing nearby restaurants. The house was well suited to the needs of our family (including a teenager, child, and dog). It was supplied with everything we needed and Bruce stayed in touch to make sure everything went smoothly. Can’t wait to go back!
We were so happy with this property! The location was perfect and the floorplan of the house we loved. Not only was it quiet but the house was near everything. The breeze coming from the close marshlands was amazing. I highly recommend working with the owner as he was always available when we needed him. Thank you again Bruce!
