Beautiful Victorian Cottage with Fabulous view of St. Lawrence River

Beautiful Victorian two story cottage in the Queen Anne style built in the late 1880's situated in a charming turn of the century community. The cottage is very well maintained and updated. It is a very spacious cottage with a large downstairs screened porch off both the living and dining rooms. A large updated kitchen, master bedroom and one and a half bathrooms complete the downstairs. There are three bedrooms plus a screened sleeping porch upstairs. We prefer to rent to a maximum of four adults or a family of two adults and three children. The porches and the stone patio have unobstructed views of the very large dock, the ships sailing by, other boating activity and of course the children and their families enjoying the swimming and other dockside activities.
7 miles west of Brockville in a beautiful turn of the century community called Butternut Bay.

A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
This cottage is suitable for a family up to five people. No pets. No smoking in the cottage. It is a wonderful community in which to have a very special vacation but one must be aware of the fact that neighbours are close by so we ask that consideration of noise level etc be given to them. A couple of visitors are welcome but not a crowd. Quiet time is by 11pm.
