The beach home was in a charming cul-de-sac right on the beach at St Leonards. The host was very welcoming. We enjoyed sea views from the second level balcony. This is a large, modern beach home, comfortable for all ten of us. A special feature was third level bay viewing from a retreat on the roof. Highly recommended in every way.
The house was perfect for the 3 generations.Location is ideal for walks on the beach, very peaceful.Very clean and well appointed with toilet paper and hand soaps etc.
Spacious, very well situated beautiful large house.

The house was very well presented and supplied with all the necessary items like soap toilet paper cleaning items, towels etc. It made it very easy to enjoy our holiday. The house has the most beautiful location. The host was a great communicator and everyone said they would love to stay there again
Perfect location for family holiday with little children
Perfect location for a restful multigenerational family holiday. A short walk to the beach on a quiet road. Lovely views across the bay from the main living area and Eagle's Nest above. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Thank you.
Nice quiet spot away from the traffic. Nice clean house and very pet friendly.. beach is just across the road. Some confusion on check time, cleaners turned up and progressed to clean which spoilt the end if a wonderful stay.
Lovely home plenty of space for 3 families and young children.
Beach across the road is quiet but shallow.
Lovely walking track to St Leonards and good recommendations from the host.
Big house to cater for plenty or just use the second floor to have a beautiful peaceful stay for two. This place caters for all groups big or small. The location is peaceful. The area is too. Something we didn’t know till we arrived is the mobile service is very limited but the house wifi works perfectly so sorted that issue out.

Thank you for your lovely review of our beach house. Phone reception can be patchy there at times, but the WIFI works well. 😊🙏
Our family had an amazing stay at this property. It was well located with the beach across a very quiet road. The house was very comfortable for our family of 11. There was plenty of space with a lovely balcony to sit out on.It was nice to walk to St Leonards' for our morning coffee and also to ride to Port Arlington. It was well located to various activities, - Wineries, Adventure Park and the Fairy Park Anakie.Debbie communicated well and was very accommodating. We would love to come back again.
Eagle’s Nest is fabulous! Our family of 8 stayed for three nights- everyone in the family cannot wait to return! The weather was not ‘perfect’ but it didn’t matter a bit! The children swam in the beach just across the road- flew kites, fished from the pier- also across the road, which is a dirt road in a quiet area. When the wind sprang up we enjoyed the views and all 8 played board games and generally just relaxed! Easy parking, great space, spotlessly clean, well fitted out. We will return!
Stayed over during the Easter long weekend. Host , Debbie , was very accommodating and quick with the responses. House was immaculate , spacious and so close to the beach. We all had a wonderful time. Even our fur babies enjoyed their holiday.
Perfect beach house in St Leonard’s for a memorable family getaway
We stayed at this beautiful beach house and it was the perfect place for a memorable family getaway. There is plenty of room for two families and the layout of the house allows each family to have their own space. Both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms have amazing views of the beach which is just a few steps away. We all enjoyed going to the rooftop deck to watch the sunset! Beautiful finishes, very clean and well maintained. There is a secure double garage which was perfect for storing our bikes and kayaks. The location is lovely and peaceful. You can walk along the beach to the main street shops and cafes. Coles, Aldi and Woolies are a short 10 minute drive away. Our host was great to deal with and check-in/out was an easy process.
We had a great time at the house. Located in a quiet place, very specious and clean with all the amenities. Just across the beach with walking tracks. Has a good size backyard which kids really enjoyed as well. Host was very helpful and prompt with communication. Overall everyone had a lovely time, would definitely consider coming back. Highly recommended.
We had a great time with extended family and the house worked so well with multiple living areas and spaces. Excellent
location too just across from the beach.
