DESIGNED FOR THE BEACH LIFE

This property offers a perfect holiday escape. Set over 3 split levels, entry through sliding doors to ground level into a large rumpus/billiard & second living area. This is a great area for the kids. Head up stairs to laundry, seperate toilet & then through the hallway to 3 large size bedrooms all with built in robes, and a family bathroom. One more level up to a large open plan living, kitchen and dining area. There is a split system and a wood heater. Head outside to large wraparound deck/ bbq & entertainment area with ocean views. Fully fenced child & pet friendly. Outdoor shower, plenty of garden and lawn space for kids & lots of parking for boats and cars. Close to MotoGP Race track, local wineries and tourist attractions such as the penguins.

MotoGP weekend

Great relaxed surf beach stay

Classic aussie 'beach house' in a great location in Smiths Beach. Booking and check-in processes were seamless and great communication from the owner. Excellent set up for families, children, and dogs. Very secure. Highly recommend!

Location, location.

What a great place to stay, so close to the Phillip Island Race Circuit and just a very short walk to the beach, ideal! It was very cold and windy so we enjoyed the luxury of a fire to chat around. Thanks Anna.

Great location and comfort for the entire family

From the outset, communication was fantastic. The property was perfect for us to get away for a long weekend. Close to everything. Well appointed kitchen and very effective wood heater coupled with great deck with water views.

Wonderful beach house - even in winter!

We stayed here for two wet and windy winter days. The wood fireplace was wonderful and the pool table kept the kids occupied. Very clean and well equipped. Thankyou

Great location, great layout and very accessible to all of the attractions Phillip Island has to offer. We had a great long weekend stay and would highly recommend to anyone (family, couples etc.) seeking to stay in the Smiths beach location. A+
