I'm an environmentally friendly person who enjoys time with family and friends. Belmont has features such as solar panels to reduce energy reliance from fossil fuels. I'm constantly trying to reduce waste and now provide large bottled spring water to reduce the need for guests to have individual throw-away plastic bottles.
Why they chose this property
Belmont is one of the last remaining old guest houses in Victor Harbor. It has had a history of accommodating large numbers of holiday makers, including many high profile families from South Australia. Belmont has also had history as offices and as a Hotel. The use as holiday accommodation once again, including by the owner, seems a nice way to bring life to the grand old building.
Belmont also has good access for people with mobility issues. This is helpful for large groups with varying accessibility requirements.

What makes this property unique
The unique benefit of Belmont is that it can accommodate large families under the one roof. There are not really many places where you can house multiple families together and still have plenty of space for people to retreat to for some privacy.
