Take a peak into this modern stone villa in Mutvoran for eight people that has been recently renovated. The interiors of villa Mutvoranka are a blend of stone, solid wood and warm colors. It presents a spacious living and dining area in Mediterranean-style, as well as a large outdoor stone-paved terrace with private swimming pool. Enjoy beautiful sunsets by the pool in villa Mutvoranka in Mutvoran, in the heart of Istria, and let the children play in the backyard, on the extended lawn with toys.
The house is equipped for eight people.
The house has three bedrooms with bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen and a small bathroom. Outside, in front of the house there is a large swimming pool, sunshades, outdoor fireplace and garden furniture. Behind the house guests have a terrace with a large table, another small grill and a playground for children with swings. The whole villa is fenced and guests can enjoy the peace and intimacy of a beautiful home in Mutvoran.
