Studios On 25th by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "Cool Classic" & "Chic Premium" Studio Apartments - 20 modern and classically renovated furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays with weekly cleaning service located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street.

Your studio is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $35.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Great “Home Away from Home”

This was a great place to stay, close to Amtrak station and bus stops to Marta train stations. Easy to get around. Several different types of restaurants in the area. Place was very clean, had all needed amenities, and conveniences.

Home Away From Home

Comfortable! Convenient! I so enjoyed my stay at the Studios on 25th. The accommodations were well appointed, clean, with great amenities, such as a large Roku TV. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located to midtown, VA Highlands, and other, for me, prime neighborhood destinations. I also appreciated the accommodating and responsive staff, the reasonable rates, and of course, the opportunity to share my space with my dog.

BCA is the best value in Atlanta! Been staying here 10+ years. Every visit I see upgrades. This visit was copper cookware! Their salon grade bath products are fabulous! HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This apartment was everything I needed. Close to Buckhead, luxury and very clean. I could watch whatever I needed to watch(Netflix, Hulu, YouTube) and more on tv. I stayed for three weeks and didn't want to leave. Cleaners came every time Tuesday or Wednesday to wash the bathroom , clean and change sheets. Stay here! You won't regret it. Not Bad for an Efficiency

We were just in for a long weekend and this had everything we needed for a price way less than comparable hotels. It was clean, well stocked, and the process was smooth. My only MINOR gripe was the faucet in the bathroom being super small; it barely reached over the lip of the sink bowl. Every time I washed my face or hands, water got everywhere. I ended up just using the kitchen sink. Also, more lesson learned than complaint, parking for the back part of the building (where we were) isn't well proportioned for large vehicles. We have a full size truck with a crew cab and it took quite a bit of maneuvering. One night I was worried we'd have to park on the street but we eventually got in a spot. Cozy furnished Studio APT in the HEART of ATL

I found these cute furnished studio apartments close to my Midtown office when I needed a place to stay during my condo remodeling. Planned on 10 days stayed a month! my little dog and I were so comfortable. Well appointed, well managed, clean & so cute as well as being in an ideal city neighborhood location close to a park trail Tanyard Park that leads to the ATL Beltline and there is also a dog park that I found walking distance in Loring Park. Very nice place.

I enjoyed my stay, but couldn't help notice the bedding may have not been changed. The bathroom and bed had someone else's hair on the bathroom floor and bed.
